Last Day of Autumn and its hot.

Its the end of Autumn and there is a strange warmth in the air everywhere I have been people have been saying the plants are confused and so are the insects confused.  This isn't hard to believe because its been upwards of 30 Degrees and that is very warm for the middle of the year heading into Winter.

IMG 8814 Sorry Day Action
A very warm Sydney.

Sydney has experienced  16 days above 22C, which is highly unusual for May.
The May mean maximum temperature is 23.3C - 3.9C above what Sydney usually experiences at this time of year.

Retail outlets selling winter clothing items and electrical outlets who sell heaters and other devices for warming are all suffering large downturns in profits and will have to discount stock dramatically to recoup some money back.

Recently I travelled to Sydney and usually at this time it is very chilly and as it turned out for me it was very very warm and I had only winter cloths with me on my journey.  Very inconvenient weather I have to say.

Pleas for help up in Queensland go unheard.

This is a heart felt letter from a friend of mine who lives outside  Dalby on the Darling Downs now known mostly as the Surat Basin. The situation there is absolutely hardcore to live there. Here is Di Cumners letter.
I Am Sorry

To all the people who have fought for my homelands I am sorry. Not many of you are born and bred locals, I am. Four generations of my family have called the Western Downs home. You came here to make a home, and we all let you down. Your homes and your dreams, your health and your futures have been sacrificed by people I called neighbours all in the name of the mighty dollar. Greed came and took over peoples eyesight and hearts. They sat on their hands instead of standing and fighting with you. I also did not do enough, and for this I am so very very sorry. Please don't try to make me feel better by telling me I did act, or I did what I could because I did not. I did not do enough. I foolishly thought that I had.............

I have been active in the Anti CSG protest since the day I first heard about the plight of the people in Tara. I cant remember who or how I found out but it scared me into action right away. I could not understand how a government could allow this to happen, and why everyone was not screaming from the rooftops!
I now know why.

Grain growing in NSW
This is a fertility myth that centers around the love of a mother for her child and the sacrifices that mothers make for  their children where rogue fathers are concerned.  I am a mother and I gave birth three times and because of this I am  invisibly connected to my children for eternity whether they like it or not.

Mercury comes from the Latin word merx, or mercator, which means merchant. Mercury is the name given by the ancient Romans to the Greek mythological god Hermes. ( The Man Lol)

Mercury is depicted as a male figure having winged sandals and a winged hat, indicating the ability to travel quickly. He was the official messenger of the ancient gods and goddesses and, as such, governed communications.

In 1782, Mercury became the first symbol of the United States' postal service. Today, he is the Icon of an International floral delivery service.

In astrology, Mercury influences travel, literature, poetry, merchants, and thieves. He is cunning and witty at a moment's notice. But he is also recognized as a trickster and prone to misbehavior.

The Bembine Table of Isis

The Isiatic Table

A MANUSCRIPT by Thomas Taylor contains the following remarkable paragraph:
"Plato was initiated into the 'Greater Mysteries' at the age of 49. The initiation took place in one of the subterranean halls of the Great Pyramid in Egypt. The ISIAC TABLE formed the altar, before which the Divine Plato stood and received that which was always his, but which the ceremony of the Mysteries enkindled and brought from its dormant state.
With this ascent, after three days in the Great Hall, he was received by the Hierophant of the Pyramid (the Hierophant was seen only by those who had passed the three days, the three degrees, the three dimensions) and given verbally the Highest Esoteric Teachings, each accompanied with Its appropriate Symbol.
After a further three months' sojourn in the halls of the Pyramid, the Initiate Plato was sent out into the world to do the work of the Great Order, as Pythagoras and Orpheus had been before him."
Before the sacking of Rome in 1527 there is no historical mention of the Mensa Isiaca, (Tablet of Isis). At that time the Tablet came into the possession of a certain locksmith or ironworker, who sold it at an exorbitant price to Cardinal Bembo, a celebrated antiquary, historiographer of the Republic of Venice, and afterwards librarian of St. Mark's.
After his death in 1547 the Isiac Tablet was acquired by the House of Mantua, in whose museum it remained until 1630, when troops of Ferdinand II captured the city of Mantua. Several early writers on the subject have assumed that the Tablet was demolished by the ignorant soldiery for the silver it contained.
The assumption, however, was erroneous. The Tablet fell into the hands of Cardinal Pava, who presented it to the Duke of Savoy, who in turn presented it to the King of Sardinia.
When the French conquered Italy in 1797 the Tablet was carried to Paris. In 1809, Alexandre Lenoir, writing of the Mensa Isiaca, said it was on exhibition at the Bibliothèque Nationale.
Upon the establishment of peace between the two countries it was returned to Italy. In his Guide to Northern Italy, Karl Baedeker describes the Mensa Isiaca as being in the center of Gallery 2 in the Museum of Antiquities at Turin.
A faithful reproduction of the original Tablet was made in 1559 by the celebrated Æneas Vicus of Parma, and a copy of the engraving was given by the Chancellor of the Duke of Bavaria to the Museum of Hieroglyphics.
Athanasius Kircher describes the Tablet as "five palms long and four wide." W. Wynn Westcott says it measures 50 by 30 inches. It was made of bronze and decorated with encaustic or smalt enamel and silver inlay.
Fosbroke adds
"The figures are cut very shallow, and the contour of most of them is encircled by threads of silver. The bases upon which the figures were seated or reclined, and left blank in the prints, were of silver and are torn away." (See Encyclopædia of Antiquities.)

National Sorry Day in Redfern

National Sorry Day is an annual day of commemoration and remembrance of all of the families who have been destroyed through thoughtless genocidal government polices which have resulted in inter-generational trauma from what is widely known as the Stolen Generation.

IMG 8812 Sorry Day Action

Because throughout the 1900's there was a government plan to breed out aboriginality of the original peoples of this beautiful land called Australia much intergenerational trauma is still being lived through today.  Tyndale had a scale that resembled breeding animals and that is just horrendous memories to be held in the cellular memories of all of the people effected.

Today the figures for FACS (DoCs) Family and Community Services are up by 89% and there are up to a 1000 children being taken and never seen again.  The new policy that if a child under 2 years old is in foster care for longer than 6 months it is instant adoption.

This is an horrendous policy.  To be amongst the mothers and grandmothers effected by these brutal genocidal policies was heart breaking knowing what it feels like to not see your children and to be lied about because of being a government child and being considered inferior.

Queens Birthday Trivia

IMG_6082
The Lizard Colony
The day has been celebrated since 1788, when Governor Arthur Phillip declared a holiday to mark the birthday of the King of Great Britain. Until 1936 it was held on the actual birthday of the Monarch, but after the death of George V it was decided to keep the date on the second Monday in June
21 April is the actual date of the Queen Elizabeth.  I think that is funny and now calling her Lizzy takes on a whole new meaning.

What’s going on in Thailand?
At 3am local time this morning, the Thai army imposed martial law across all of Thailand. Insisting it is NOT a coup, the generals said they simply want to restore law and order after a six-month long political crisis which has claimed 28 lives.
They’ve even said the protests can continue as long as both sides stay put, no more marches. And the caretaker government, put in place after the Constitutional Court sacked the Prime Minister, also stays.

WE WON BENTLEY! Metgasco has a halt in Trading - ASZ

Metgasco shares have been placed in a trading halt with the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)amidst masses of controversy over the license for  PEL 16 Rosella E01 - The Bentley coal seam gas site in NSW.

Metgasco shares halted amid mine outcry

IMG 8384
Protectors opposite Gate A

The new Energy Minister Mr Anthony Roberts suspended Metgasco’s drilling permit to drill for Tight Sands Gas on Peter Graham’s farm at Bentley  Mr Roberts said he will be referring some aspects of Metgasco’s licence to ICAC.

Hearing those four letters mentioned, ICAC, was like music to thousands of peoples ears.  It has been difficult watching and reading and listening to the lies over the last two years since I first heard about Metgasco when they wanted to make Glenugie into a gasfield.

Many great and brave  people have kept vigil at the various gates at the Bentley blockade site and this has taken them out of their comfortable beds and away from families.  A lot of protecting has been done through really inclement weather and lots of mud.

The protectors and Simmos will be pleased to have such great news on a Friday just days before all hell was about to break loose with 800 plus PORS officers set to diverge on the site on Monday to clear the way for Metgasco.

The Police Association was instrumental in causing common sense to prevail regarding the police action and all day today it has been reported the police have been driving past honking horns and cheering out with messages like "YOU WON".

Many were aware the Police in the Northern Rivers were unhappy about being ordered to participate in "Operation Stapler".   The man handling of 75 year old grandmothers and other ordinary people from the local towns and the farmers and the nurses etc etc was not what they joined the force for.  I think the union was very helpful.  I commend their all the members for voting it down'

The union had to take it  to the New Police Minister Stuart Ayers who would have then discussed it with New Premier Mike Beard  and to the New Energy Minister  Mr Anthony Roberts. All three positions recently being vacated by corrupt members of government in all of those portfolio's mentioned there.

Peter Graham the farmer who allowed Metgasco access to his property was still whinging today and waffling on to what ever cheap media would listen.  He is so out of touch to reality and he sounded immature and uneducated.   Peter Henderson Metgasco CEO was in damage control and looking very worried although he still spoke as if it would still happen.  I do not like Metgasco's chances, ICAC bound means the truth of the links to Disgraced politician Eddie Obeid and Australian Water Holdings and to Nic Di Girolamo, these connections are enough to put the full kaiwash on this ridiculous project.

Lock the Gate President Drew Hutton said he would like to see the licence cancelled.  Drew, so would we, so would we.

Democracy has erupted and has been heard loud and clear and many know its much more than these companies and the government allude to.  The truth is the 10,000 force of people scared the living daylights out of them we are all sure of this fact.  Number one it is a fact - the people were ready.

I believe if the license is not cancelled that there will be civil disobedience of some sort of degree as the farmers have already promised because the people are at this point where they know they are being taken for the biggest ride of their lives.  Trusting government is a mistake.

The Bentley mine blockade - Democracy has finally erupted for all of Australia at Bentley NSW

Franklins Ride for Bentley NSW against CSG!

Alan Jones - The Bentley mine blockade | 2GB
Quote - Alan Jones: “But can you believe that taxpayers’ money, up to
fourteen million dollars, would be spent, being sent to little Bentley,
eight hundred strong and a *riot* squad – and a riot squad – presumably
with the intention of arresting these people?
What kind of world are we in? As I said, mining by martial law,
defending an outfit, Metgasco, who are in breach on a million fronts of
their approval processes. They, they’ve been *found* guilty of shoddy
practice, torn liners in drilling waste ponds, operating holding ponds
without a current development consent, failure to comply with government
directives to provide details of water management practices, dumping
coal seam gas wastewater into the local sewage treatment works without
proper approval. How can you justify, Reverend Nightingale, spending
fourteen million dollars so that this mob can have their way?”

Reverend Nightingale: “Well it’s a ‘no brainer’ isn’t it, Alan.”

Alan Jones: “It *is*. Their operations, Metgasco’s, are currently under
investigation by the Mines Safety Unit and listen to this: following a
*dangerous* incident where *two hundred* metres of steel drill pipe was
forcibly ejected into the air during the decommissioning of one of their
wells.”
Reverend Nightingale: “That’s right. And six men had to run for their lives.”

Harsh Mining and RIO TINTO and others in the Centre of Australia.

These are the active mining licences and the active exploration licences that are in my local area.  I have been so concerned about these since 2012 in May when I flew over the degradation of this country while flying in and out to Uluru NT.  What I saw from the air promoted me to look on the internet about what I saw below me and I was left in a state of shock.

The situation with Mining in Australia right across the land is it is too mixed up with politics.  All the politicians should be feeling very much on edge as the ICAC investigation drags their mouldy carcasses to the Corruption Commission.   NSW is only one state.  Many are now calling for an Australia wide Commission.  Abbott won't favor this though because he needs this mining to pay back the money they have promised for resources that if the people have there way will never come out of the ground in many places.  Many places are already so far gone from the degradation that these company CEO's should be jailed for the mess they have left and the sickness and illness that has been caused to people.

Mining companies are also really wonderful at employing lobbyists to say what ever they want them to say and they have no problems in finding falsified medical evidence to back up their twisted web of lies.   I will be looking at the issue of Solastalgia in regards to the condition that makes a person grieve the environment they knew and the environment they see with their eyes.  I have always called this Cognitive Dissonance.  The word that Albrect

BENTLEY TRENDS ON TWITTER

We knocked the budget off the front page! Metgasco project referred to ICAC as links to Obeid family emerge.   Said Mark Anning on Facebooks Lock The Gate page.

A story was aired in the SYDNEY MORNING HERALD that details the corrupt links in business and mining and the connection to New South Wales with Queensland with these corrupt deals.
ARTICLE WRITTEN BY
Sean Nicholls, Nicole Hasham, Kate McClymont May 15, 2014

Resources company Metgasco's gas drilling operation on the NSW north coast was referred to corruption authorities as links emerged between its largest shareholder and the family of disgraced former Labor powerbroker Eddie Obeid, and controversial businessman Nick Di Girolamo.

On Thursday, NSW Energy Minister Anthony Roberts announced he had suspended Metgasco's exploration licence at Bentley, near Lismore, due to a lack of community consultation. Mr Roberts also said he had referred the project to the Independent Commission Against Corruption "following receipt of information concerning shareholdings and interests in Metgasco Limited".

The chairman of Metgasco's largest shareholder, ERM Power, is Tony Bellas, who is in business with Eddie Obeid's nephew, Dennis Jabour. Both are shareholders in the Queensland company Gasfields Waste Water and Services, of which Mr Jabour is the sole director.

Until March last year, Mr Bellas was also a director of Australian Water Queensland, a subsidiary of infrastructure company Australian Water Holdings, whose activities are the subject of current ICAC investigations.

Eddie Obeid jnr, the son of Mr Obeid, worked for Australian Water Queensland. The ICAC has heard that from 2009 Mr Obeid jnr led AWH's push into the Queensland market. Among Mr Bellas's fellow directors on the Australian Water Queensland board were Mr Di Girolamo, a former lobbyist and Liberal party fundraiser who was chief executive of AWH.

Mr Di Girolamo's gift of a $3000 bottle of Penfolds Grange Hermitage to former NSW premier Barry O'Farrell led to his resignation after Mr O'Farrell gave false evidence about it to the ICAC.

Australian Water Queensland was shut down due to negative publicity about the involvement on the board of a Queensland lobbyist, Wayne Myers. A new company, Gasfields Waste Water and Services, was set up early last year.

Former Gasfields shareholders include Mr Obeid jnr, Mr Di Girolamo and the current director-general of the Queensland department of premier and cabinet, Jon Grayson, who only ceased to have an interest two weeks ago.

On Thursday, Mr Bellas said he was "incredulous" about the referral to the ICAC if its was due to his links with Mr Di Girolamo and Mr Obeid jnr. "We have nothing to do with Metgasco's operation, we're just a shareholder," Mr Bellas said. Asked about the nature of his association with Mr Di Girolamo and Mr Obeid jnr, Mr Bellas replied: "I'd prefer not to comment on either, because they are before the ICAC."

Metgasco's license to explore for coal seam and conventional gas resources in northern NSW was first granted to Carlita Holdings in November 1996, when the Carr Labor government was in power.

Peter Gray, a high-profile stockbroker, was a director and secretary of Carlita Holdings and was later revealed as an investor in Cascade Coal, a company at the centre of an ICAC inquiry involving Mr Obeid snr and another former Labor resources minister, Ian Macdonald, last year.

The ICAC found Cascade Coal paid $30 million to the family of Mr Obeid to buy out part of their stake in a mining joint venture over the Obeids' Bylong Valley farm. ICAC found Mr Macdonald acted corruptly in creating a mining tenement at Mount Penny in the Bylong Valley over land owned by the Obeid family.

In his final report, the ICAC found Mr Macdonald expressly reopened a tender to enable Cascade Coal to put in a bid, which it subsequently won. Mr Gray was not accused of any wrongdoing.

In August 1999, the north coast exploration license, known as PEL 16, was transferred from Carlita Holdings to Metgasco, when Mr Obeid snr was Minister for Mineral Resources.

Mr Obeid renewed the licence in 2000 and it was again renewed by Mr Macdonald in 2006. The licence was most recently renewed last year, under former Liberal resources minister Chris Hartcher.

Mr Hartcher is currently the subject of an ICAC inquiry involving Australian Water Holdings. He and fellow state MPs Chris Spence and Darren Webber are accused of soliciting donations to an alleged slush fund, including from AWH, in return for political favours.

Metgasco shares went into a trading halt on Thursday morning. In a statement, the company said it was "confident that it is in compliance with the PEL 16 licence conditions and is seeking to demonstrate this to government".
