FIRST DECEMBER @ 2014 - The Calendar says its Summer!

Well we certainly have had the summer storms all around us in the last few days and I think we will get another today.  I can feel it in the air building already,  sometimes I feel the need to tie myself to something or I too will be drawn up into the clouds along with the moisture, that is how strong the sensation is at times.  The dog feels it.  Phoenix is already breathing heavy and that means Storm.

I thought because it was the First of the month I would embark upon looking at the folklore and the Fables of long ago.  The Grimm Brothers and Aesops Fables, Andersen, Dickens and Stevenson .

The Brothers Grimm, Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm, were German academics, linguists, cultural researchers, lexicographers and authors who together specialized in collecting and publishing folklore during the 19th century.

Aesop's Fables or the Aesopica is a collection of fables credited to Aesop, a slave and story-teller believed to have lived in ancient Greece between 620 and 560 BCE.
