Pluto has a "Heart"... das just beautiful.

So Pluto turns out to have a huge heart shape on one of its sides... what an amazing image to have beamed back here and see this.

The image was taken on July 7, when the spacecraft was over 8 million kilometres from Pluto
Most prominent area is an elongated dark feature at the equator, informally known as “the whale,” and a large heart-shaped bright area measuring some 2,000 kilometres across on the right.  The Hindu

I was more than chuffed being a lover of this shape and a lover of finding this shape each time I am out amongst nature.  This one was billions and billions of light years away though and really that is clever but it won't feed the starving children.

A Heart Brain Connection

The HUMAN BRAIN and the HUMAN HEART are connected for a short time during gestation.

The head is resting tight against the chest area and as the tiny form grows and opens, these separate. They will always be connected in a spiritual sense.

The heart is said to be the spiritual brain or the area that dictates how things are responded to on an emotional level. These two Organs would require each other to work in unison for balance in spirit.

ALONE with a will to live - Surviving a Myocardial Infarction. (Heart Attack)

Shrinky-dink: Myocardial infarction

HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN YOU ARE ALONE??

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!

A cardiologist says If everyone who sees this post shares it to 10 people, you can bet that we'll save at least one life..

A new Heart Rock surfaces

I am always pleased when another heart shaped rock surfaces.  This little one was under the fallen tree in the front yard.  Brice found it when he was leveling out the soil in the area where the stump once was.

These are symbols of hope to me.  I need to take heart and keep hope high on the agenda of each day and not lose sight of this.

Symbols come into our lives for a reason, if the Earth is a living breathing entity she will communicate in a manner such as this.  By giving you a gift to show you the way.  The Earth is constantly throwing beautiful things at me and saying to me in this ...
" There is beauty everywhere, choose this boldly because it is yours, given as a silent reminder of everlasting hope".

All children are artists. The problem is how to remain an artist when he grows up.

The government cuts funding to the arts because the creative thoughts may come to something and someone may actually work something out.  I think they are concerned if the masses get too clever.

In the mean time I will continue with  my art of photography and finding heart shapes in fun places.

Looking at a sunset, just for a second you forget your separateness....

You are the sunset. That is the moment when you feel the beauty of it. But the moment you say that it is a beautiful sunset, you are no longer feeling it; you have come back to your separate, enclosed entity of the ego.

AN OUTSTANDING PINK SUNSET in URUNGA

Now the mind is speaking. And this is one of the mysteries, "That the mind can speak, and knows nothing; and the heart knows everything, and cannot speak".

- OSHO

For me, this is a very special piece of wisdom.  Something that will change the way I look at things from here on in.

I remember every sunset and I remember every word you said. And I will be there in a heartbeat.  My soul is broken and streets are frozen ....  some special words from a song by Simple Plan... Paradise.

“Though outwardly a gloomy shroud, The inner half of every cloud Is bright and shining: I therefore turn my clouds about And always wear them inside out To show the lining.”

Ellen Thorneycroft Fowler

The day began bathed in brilliant sunshine...

(Mrs. A.L. Felkin) Quotes Source: Wisdom of Folly.

Today on the hill the weather is really perplexing. Not sure if it will be so hot or pour rain. Storms all around us each day.

I suspect it is a fine day if your in love. Valentines Day is good for that. I have this beautiful heart that was given to me at the beach. So I guess every day is valentines day for me. We look for these beautiful things in nature. When we find them I carry on as though I have found a diamond or something equally precious.

When things go wrong. Look for the opportunity in that moment to change something to fix it up again. If it is in your power to do so then do so. All crisis brings change. Change is not to be feared but to be welcomed as the changeable seasons and the changeable days.

We cannot have sunny days everyday and therefore the lesson in nature for us is that sometimes things are not so bright. Wait patiently as this will pass just like the clouds do. The sun will come out on your situation once more.

Know when you have a good thing. Know that your freedom of choice is a possession that is priceless.

Death Is Nothing At All #5

To Mary... Love from Texsy,

Death Is Nothing At All

I have only slipped away to the next room.
I am I and you are you.
Whatever we were to each other,
That, we still are.

Call me by my old familiar name.
Speak to me in the easy way
which you always used.
Put no difference into your tone.
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.

Laugh as we always laughed.
at the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me. Pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word
that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effect.
Without the trace of a shadow on it.

Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same that it ever was.
There is absolute unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind
because I am out of sight?

I am but waiting for you.
For an interval.
Somewhere. Very near.
Just around the corner.

All is well.

BLACKOUT - BOST

BOST - BASQUE word for the numeral 5
Black is my favorite color. I go back to black, black, black, black! Well known line from the late Amy Winehouse's album by the same name "Back to Black"

I love blackouts and using candles when there is a power outage. There is something romantic about this to me.

My car is black. My best friend's hair is black. My cat is black. In fact my first cat was black too. Black is not considered a color as it has the absence of light. People have black moods, and if you traveling along alright financially speaking, you are said to be trading in the black.
Lately everything appears black, some days are in fact blacker than others for me. Is this depression? Is depression normal when your in fact sad? I think so, I think that if your feeling like your heart has been completely crushed beyond recognition than Black is how your going to feel.
If you are punched in the eye you get a black eye..... same same if your punched in the heart you get a black heart, its not rocket science.

PRETTY IN PINK - nueve

Crystals are commonly used in alternative health practices. Learn which ones are most popular for healing emotional issues involving the heart.
Healing the heart, whether from heartbreak or painful memories, is one of the top reasons for using crystal therapy.

Pink tourmaline: This stone brings a more loving character to the user. It opens the heart chakra to allow healing and love where it has been consciously or unconsciously blocked in the past.

Rhodochrosite: Rhodochrosite encourages harmony with various aspects of the personality and calms emotions. It balances masculine and feminine energy in the user and environment

Rhodonite: Rhodonite is a stone of unconditional love and helps to draw negativity out of the heart chakra. It helps the user to reach their highest aspirations.

Rose quartz: Rose quartz is known as the all-purpose love stone including romantic love, family, friendship and self love. It has a gentle character, and healers will often use this in conjunction with aventurine since their energies complement each other. This stone has a mothering quality and is useful in healing past physical and emotional trauma perpetrated by people in positions of trust.

Strawberry quartz: This stone stimulates the heart chakra, increasing the feeling of love. It helps bring focus to living in the present instead of holding onto the idea of past love relationships that turned toxic.

Meditating with crystals placed directly on the area of the heart chakra in order to attract their properties is one of the most common uses of heart stones. Crystal pendants can be worn to carry the property of the stone throughout the day. Rose quartz is often placed in the corners of a room to increase harmony and loving expression in the environment. Gem elixirs can be made with the crystals which are then taken internally for emotional issues related to the heart.
