Shapelle is Free finally!

Today is a great day!  I have groaned for this woman's painful journey .  I remember how filled with rage I was when she was locked up in Bali on charges of Drug Smuggling.

Watch this video and see what our so called good government are capable of and then make your own mind up then if you think she was used as a scape goat.

 

 I knew of people who had told me stories of smuggling while working for QANTAS years ago when I was much younger and those stories stuck in the back of my mind and I simply ached for her alone where she was.

I always felt she had taken the fall for all of these people and after this they tightened up the security at airports around the country and took a closer look at all baggage handlers.

We used a system of common sense and because of this in my mind she was always not guilty.  I was astounded at the small minds of people and their innability to see many sides to a story.

This was a wake up call for me in my growing up as a human.  I could not understand how others didn't have compassion when there was such a reasonable doubt that she actually was the stupid one doing this.   Some one set her up and I will always maintain this.

Therefore, if a person gains through evil some profit, security or success then he or she is ultimately going to have to pay for this profit in some shape or form.

Profit from evil is a misuse of energy and moral payment is required and this occurs because all of the mysterious energy levels around us have a high ethical standing and they permit no misuse of any natural force or combination or pattern of forces with out consequential punishment or payment.

Augean Stable :  The Greek Mythological Hero Heracles was given twelve 'impossible' tasks to perform. These are called the Twelve Labours of Hercules. (Of course, he completed them all).

The fifth labour was to clean the stables of Augeas, king of Elis.

Augeas had an enormous herd of divine cattle. These produced an unimaginably huge quantity of dung, and no-one had ever succeeded in cleaning their byre. (Heracles was given only one day).

Cleaning the Augean stables is proverbial: it means a job so dirty and so huge that no-one can hope to succeed at it. (Except maybe Heracles).

Over the last few weeks I have had to sit through situations that have been highlighted to me by other professionals as hideous.  The cognitive dissonance I feel is outrageous and now I have put it in the hands of the Ombudsman now.   They can sift through this  mess.  As far as we can see, a fair deal has not been seen here with this situation.

Yesterday I tried to email the ombudsman's office with a great deal of material and it all came back to me so then I had to print it out and post it to the NSW Local Government Ombudsman's Office as per the phone call last week.   Because of this I have written down the complete description here of their
capacity to act and who and what the ombudsman's office is.

The NSW Ombudsman

The NSW Ombudsman is an independent and impartial watchdog established by the Ombudsman Act 1974. We are the State’s Parliamentary Ombudsman. We are independent of the government of the day and accountable to the public through Parliament itself.

Our central goal is to keep government agencies and some non-government organisations accountable by promoting good administrative conduct, fair decision-making, high standards of service delivery and the protection of the rights of people in NSW.
Like many other Ombudsman around the world, our office was modeled on the Justitie-Ombudsman created in Sweden in 1809. The primary purpose of that body was to investigate complaints about government administration.
Loosely translated, the term Ombudsman means ‘the citizen’s defender’ or ‘representative of the people’.
The current Ombudsman is Bruce Barbour. He has been the Ombudsman since June 2000 and is the fifth person to hold that office.
