Find our Moonshine . ..

When the moon is not seen with the sun on the fourteenth day of Adar, the day will complete Nisan.' And this is interpreted to mean that that month of Adar would contain thirty days.

Peace reigns once more..

B.C.E.

IMG 0827 Our first Christmas Beetle
The Celebration of Christ's Mass is aligned with ancient Pagan festival dates.
Its all in the dates.  If you don't understand what they are talking about you are bound to be confuddled.
Before the Common Era
Alternative term for "B.C." (Before Christ),  used by many Jews and Muslims to refer the same period.

Common Era (also Current Era  or Christian Era abbreviated as CE, is an alternative naming of the calendar era.

Anno Domini ("in the year of the/our Lord", abbreviated AD) BCE is the abbreviation for Before the Common/Current/Christian Era (an alternative to Before Christ, abbreviated BC). The CE/BCE designation uses the year-numbering system introduced by the 6th-century Christian monk Dionysius Exiguus, who started the Anno Domini designation, intending the beginning of the life of Jesus to be the reference date

Neither notation includes a year zero, and the two notations (CE/BCE and AD/BC) are numerically equivalent; thus "2014 CE" corresponds to "AD 2014", and "400 BCE" corresponds to "400 BC".

The expression "Common Era" can be found as early as 1708 in English .

The Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority denied the rumour and stated that the BC/AD notation would remain, with CE and BCE as an optional suggested learning activity.

His followers came to believe he was the promised Messiah and later split away from Judaism to found Christianity.

The Wheel of the Year is an annual cycle of seasonal festivals in contemporary Paganism. It consists primarily of eight festivals based around the solstices and equinoxes, known as the quarter days, and the midpoints between, known as the cross quarter days.

Within Paganism, many festivals are celebrated. They can vary considerably in name and date amongst specific traditions, however the eight festivals of the Wheel comprise the most adhered and important annual celebrations. They are a unifying feature of modern Paganism.

The Wheel has been important to many people, both ancient and modern, and its festivals are based to varying degrees on folk tradition.
