The Entire History of the Annunaki Gods on Earth

"There were two generations of Anunnaki recorded on earth. 

The 1st generation was the Anunnaki that came to our solar system. They were known as the Greek titans their leader was called El/Cronus/Yahweh/Anu. 

The 2nd generation of the Annunaki (their children) was the biblical Angels/Elohim or the Greek Olympians who rebelled against their Anunnaki parents, defeated them and decided to take rulership of earth. 

Their leader was called Zeus/Samyaza/Enlil. The young Anunnaki's had intercourse with earth women who gave birth to giants called (the Igigi or Nephilim) and used them as slave labour. Eventually the giants (Igigi) revolted against the dictatorship of Enlil/Zeus which caused a war (In Greek mythology this war was known as the Gigantomachy).  

Enlil/Zeus had a half brother called Enki/Prometheus who had intercourse with an earth women and gave birth to a son called Utnapishtim/Deucalion - The biblical Noah.

(In the book of Enoch written around 300BC it clearly states that Noah was born from an "Angel" indicating that he was also a giant and not human)

Because of all the war caused by the giants The supreme god Enlil/Zeus decides to wipe out all humans & giants with a Great Flood, but Enki/Prometheus (who has created mankind), betrays the secret and warns Noah/Utnapishtim/Deucalion about the flood. He Instructs him to build a boat and survive the flood.

After the flood Noah had three sons (Shem, Japheth and Ham) from Japheth came his son Magog (a giant) and the legendary Scythian tribe which leads to the Irish kings.

From Ham came Nimrod/Gilgamesh (a giant) who became the king of Shinar/Sumeria.

Eventually Nimrod/Gilgamesh heard his ancestor Noah/Utnapishtim was made immortal by the Anunnaki, so he sort to find him by going to the resting place of the Annunaki (which is described being somewhere underground beneath the mountains). 

Gilgamesh stumbles upon a female Anunnaki who tells him that it is not the destiny of mankind to become immortal or live forever and that he should return home. Gilgamesh ignores her and continues his journey in seek of his great grandfather and eventually finds him. 

In the end Noah told him all the secrets of the Annunaki but said that he will die like all the other mortals, Gilgamesh shocked of hearing this accepted his fate knowing that he was going to die one day."

Notes: The author has put forward the scenario of the said characters above all being the same people with different names.  This is something I have long suspected.  It was refreshing to read this extensive description of those people from ancient times we often argue on the subject re who is right and who is wrong when in fact they could be the very same people.  If you are reading this, I hope it helps you like it helped me.

A statement to the contrary...The Greeks obtained their myths from the Egyptians, and the Egyptians international language to speak to other countries was Akkadian.  Akkadian is the language, at least in writing that we are able to read the Sumerian stories today. 
Timeaus literally lets us know what and who the gods where. If you are unfamiliar with whom Timeaus was, he was a character in Platos Dialogues - of whom it is still controversial whether he was a factual or fictional person. Anyhow, one of the first things Timeaus states is this. 

“The gods were made in the form of a
circle, which is the most perfect figure and the figure of the universe. They were created
chiefly of fire, that they might be bright, and were made to know and follow the best,
and to be scattered over the heavens, of which they were to be the glory. Two kinds of
motion were assigned to them—first, the revolution in the same and around the same, in
peaceful unchanging thought of the same; and to this was added a forward motion
which was under the control of the same. “

If this has not given you a clue as to who the gods where...don't worry, there are tons of other references Timeaus gives, later we will dive into Sumerian literature, but for now, let us look at a few more quotes from Timeaus.

"Thus far the universal animal was made in the divine image, but the other animals were not as yet included in him. And God created them according to the patterns or species of them which existed in the divine original. There are four of them: one of gods, another of birds, a third of fishes, and a fourth of animals. The gods were made in the form of a circle, which is the most perfect figure and the figure of the universe. They were created chiefly of fire, that they might be bright, and were made to know and follow the best, and to be scattered over the heavens, of which they were to be the glory. Two kinds of motion were assigned to them - first, the revolution in the same and around the same, in peaceful unchanging thought of the same; and to this was added a forward motion a which was under the control of the same. Thus then the fixed stars were created, being divine and eternal animals, revolving on the same spot, and the wandering stars, in their courses, were created in the manner already described. The earth, which is our nurse, clinging around the pole extended through the universe, he made to be the guardian and artificer of night and day, first and eldest of gods that are in the interior of heaven. Vain would be the labour of telling all the figures of them, moving as in dance, and their juxta-positions and approximations, and when and where and behind what other stars they appear to disappear—to tell of all this without looking at a plan of them would be labour in vain.

The knowledge of the other gods is beyond us, and we can only accept the traditions of the ancients, who were the children of the gods, as they said; for surely they must have known their own ancestors. Although they give no proof, we must believe them as is customary. They tell us that Oceanus and Tethys were the children of Earth and Heaven; that Phoreys, Cronos, and Rhea came in the next generation, and were followed by Zeus and Here, whose brothers and children are known to everybody."

Ok, if that has not given you an insight into what the ancient Greeks perceived the gods as, we will go even further in time to Sumerian stories where we are able to glance the same truths. The gods and goddess where planets and stars which allowed them to degree destinies, be immortal and live in the heavens. Timeaus makes this reference over and over again and he is not alone. 

Lets take a look at Sumerian, one of the first flood stories, we get to hear about the gods deciding to destroy mankind, it sounds very personal, like these gods are flesh and blood like you and I. Yet, the more you read them, the more you realize they are talking about the planets, stars and sun. So they are very real, just not the way we have interpret them. Let me give you and example. 

"After the flood had swept over the land, and waves and windstorms had rocked the huge boat for seven days and seven nights, Utu the sun god came out, illuminating heaven and earth. Zi-ud-sura could drill an opening in the huge boat and the hero Utu entered the huge boat with his rays. Zi-ud-sura the king prostrated himself before Utu. The king sacrificed oxen and offered innumerable sheep."

Utu, one of the gods, twin and brother of goddess Inana is not an alien, or being, but a celestial body, no other than our Sun. 

Moving on, we can find even more examples of the gods, or Aunuas being celestial bodies. 

"201-214. The bull that eats up the black soup, the astral holy bull-calf (i.e. the moon) , came to watch over him. He shines (?) in the heavens like the morning star, he spreads bright light in the night -- Suen is greeted as the new moon; Father Nanna gives the direction for the rising Utu."

So once you have understood the perception of the ancients that has led to the cultures we have now, the religions, traditions and views it will become clear that our past ancestors where speaking to the celestial bodies that decide fates and are immortal. Long ages and time frames become important when you are on gods time. IE rotation of the planets and stars. Heck even in the later Assyrian and Babylonian creation myths Marduk literally decides the orbits of the other gods. 

When you look at some of the texts in relation to the gods being a planet or star in the heavens they start making more sense. Take for example the story of Enkis World Order.

Heiros Gamos - Holy Marriage

Hieros gamos or Hierogamy (Greek ἱερὸς γάμος, ἱερογαμία "holy marriage") refers to a sexual ritual that plays out a marriage between a god and a goddess, especially when enacted in a symbolic ritual where human participants represent the deities.  Wiki

It is at the heart of so many of our mystery temples – a couple making love.  An actual physical and sexual act – an ancient goddess ritual from Sumeria.

The Divine Tribe were created whole as a Soul and then split upon their physical creation however they will always be joined at the Aethereal Heart and their destinies will always be linked.

The Aether is returning and as this happens during the great cycle instigated by the creator that created our divine soul expressly for the pleasure of God to experience God as God.

 Martenitsa is an old pagan tradition that remains almost unchanged today

On the first day of March and for a few days afterwards, Bulgarians exchange and wear white and red tassels or the Pizho and Penda dolls. The tradition calls for wearing the Martenitsa until the person sees a stork or a blooming tree. The stork is considered a harbinger of spring.

Some specific features of the ritual include tying the twisted white and red woolen thread.  The common belief is that by wearing the red and white colours of the Martenitsa people ask Baba Marta for mercy. They hope that it will make Winter (Lower Consciousness - Iron Age) pass faster and bring spring (Higher Consciousness - Golden Age). 

Pizho and Penda are the names of the two small wool dolls of a typical Martenitsa.  Pizho is the male doll, usually with white as its predominant color.  Penda is the female doll, usually predominantly red, and is distinguished by her skirt.
 
Martenitsi are always given as gifts. Tradition dictates that people never buy Martenitsi for themselves. They are given to loved ones, friends, and those people to whom one feels close. They are worn on clothing, or around the wrist or neck. Wearing one or more Martenitsi is a very popular Bulgarian tradition. 

The time during which it is worn is meant to be a joyful holiday commemorating health and long life. A similar tradition is held in the Republic of Macedonia, as well as in Northern Greece, Albania, Romania and Moldova.

The red string of fate also referred to as the red string of marriage, and other variants, is an East Asian belief originating from Chinese legend and is also used in Japanese legend. 

According to this myth, the gods tie an invisible red cord around the ankles of those that are destined to meet one another in a certain situation or help each other in a certain way. Often, in Japanese culture, it is thought to be tied around the little finger.

 According to Chinese legend, the deity in charge of "the red thread" is believed to be Yue Xia Lao (月下老), often abbreviated to Yue Lao (月老), the old lunar matchmaker god, who is in charge of marriages.

HECATE

Hecate is associated with doorways.

Hecate is a goddess in Greek religion and mythology, most often shown holding two torches or a key and in later periods depicted in triple form.

She was variously associated with crossroads, entrance-ways, dogs, light, the Moon, magic, witchcraft, knowledge of herbs and poisonous plants, necromancy, and sorcery.

She had rulership over earth, sea and sky, as well as a more universal role as Saviour (Soteira), Mother of Angels and the Cosmic World Soul.

She was one of the main deities worshiped in Athenian households as a protective goddess and one who bestowed prosperity and daily blessings on the family.

She also closely parallels the Roman goddess Trivia, with whom she was identified in Rome.

Hermes is the son of Zeus and Maia

Maia is the daughter of Atalas and is one of the Pleiades.

Hermes, the herald of the Olympian gods, is the son of Zeus and the nymph Maia, daughter of Atlas and one of the Pleiades.

Hermes is the god of shepherds, land travel, merchants, weights and measures, oratory, literature, athletics and thieves, and known for his cunning and shrewdness. Most importantly, he is the messenger of the gods. Besides that he was also a minor patron of poetry. He was worshiped throughout Greece - especially in Arcadia - and festivals in his honor were called Hermoea.

According to legend, Hermes was born in a cave on Mount Cyllene in Arcadia. Zeus had impregnated Maia at the dead of night while all other gods slept. When dawn broke amazingly he was born. Maia wrapped him in swaddling bands, then resting herself, fell fast asleep. Hermes, however, squirmed free and ran off to Thessaly. This is where Apollo, his brother, grazed his cattle.

Hermes stole a number of the herd and drove them back to Greece. He hid them in a small grotto near to the city of Pylos and covered their tracks. Before returning to the cave he caught a tortoise, killed it and removed its entrails.

Using the intestines from a cow stolen from Apollo and the hollow tortoise shell, he made the first lyre.

When he reached the cave he wrapped himself back into the swaddling bands. When Apollo realized he had been robbed he protested to Maia that it had been Hermes who had taken his cattle. Maia looked to Hermes and said it could not be, as he is still wrapped in swaddling bands.

Zeus the all powerful intervened saying he had been watching and Hermes should return the cattle to Apollo. As the argument went on, Hermes began to play his lyre. The sweet music enchanted Apollo, and he offered Hermes to keep the cattle in exchange for the lyre. Apollo later became the grand master of the instrument, and it also became one of his symbols. Later while Hermes watched over his herd he invented the pipes known as a syrinx (pan-pipes), which he made from reeds.

Hermes was also credited with inventing the flute. Apollo, also desired this instrument, so Hermes bartered with Apollo and received his golden wand which Hermes later used as his heralds staff. (In other versions Zeus gave Hermes his heralds staff).

Being the herald (messenger of the gods), it was his duty to guide the souls of the dead down to the underworld, which is known as a psychopomp. He was also closely connected with bringing dreams to mortals.

Hermes is usually depicted with a broad-brimmed hat or a winged cap, winged sandals and the heralds staff (Kerykeion in Greek, or Caduceus in Latin). It was often shown as a shaft with two white ribbons, although later they were represented by serpents intertwined in a figure of eight shape, and the shaft often had wings attached. The clothes he donned were usually that of a traveler, or that of a workman or shepherd. Other symbols of Hermes are the cock, tortoise and purse or pouch.

Originally Hermes was a phallic god, being attached to fertility and good fortune, and also a patron of roads and boundaries. His name coming from herma, the plural being hermaiherm was a square or rectangular pillar in either stone or bronze, with the head of Hermes (usually with a beard), which adorned the top of the pillar, and male genitals near to the base of the pillar. These were used for road and boundary markers. Also in Athens they stood outside houses to help fend off evil. In Athens of 415 BCE, shortly before the Athenian fleet set sail against Syracuse (during the Peloponnesian War), all the herms throughout Athens were defaced. This was attributed to people who were against the war. Their intentions were to cast bad omens on the expedition, by seeking to offend the god of travel. (This has never been proved as the true reason for the mutilation of the herms.)

The offspring of Hermes are believed to be Pan, Abderus and Hermaphroditus. Hermes as with the other gods had numerous affairs with goddesses, nymphs and mortals. In some legends even sheep and goats. Pan, the half man half goat, is believed to be the son of Hermes and Dryope, the daughter of king Dryops.

Pan terrified his mother when he was born, so much so that she fled in horror at the sight of her new born son. Hermes took Pan to Mount Olympus were the gods reveled in his laughter and his appearance and became the patron of fields, woods, shepherds and flocks.

Abderus, a companion of the hero Heracles, is also thought to be a son of Hermes, he was devoured by the Mares of Diomedes, after Heracles had left him in charge of the ferocious beasts. Hermaphroditus (also known as Aphroditus) was conceived after the union of Hermes and Aphrodite. He was born on Mount Ida but he was raised by the Naiads (nymphs of freshwater). He was a androgynous (having the characteristics of both sexes) deity, depicted as either a handsome young man but with female breasts, or as Aphrodite with male genitals.

It was Hermes who liberated Io, the lover of Zeus, from the hundred-eyed giant Argus, who had been ordered by Hera, the jealous wife of Zeus, to watch over her. Hermes charmed the giant with his flute, and while Argos slept Hermes cut off his head and released Io. Hera, as a gesture of thanks to her loyal servant, scattered the hundred eyes of Argos over the tail of a peacock (Heras’ sacred bird).

Hermes also used his ingenuity and abilities to persuade the nymph Calypso to release Odysseus, the wandering hero, from her charms. She had kept Odysseus captive, after he was shipwrecked on her island Ogygia, promising him immortality if he married her, but Zeus sent Hermes to release Odysseus. Legend says that Calypso died of grief when Odysseus sailed away.

Hermes also saved Odysseus and his men from being transformed into pigs by the goddess and sorceress Circe. He gave them a herb which resisted the spell.

Hermes also guided Eurydice back down to the underworld after she had been allowed to stay for one day on earth with her husband Orpheus.

Known for his swiftness and athleticism, Hermes was given credit for inventing foot-racing and boxing. At Olympia a statue of him stood at the entrance to the stadium and his statues where in every gymnasium throughout Greece. Apart from herms, Hermes was a popular subject for artists. Both painted pottery and statuary show him in various forms, but the most fashionable depicted him as a good-looking young man, with an athletic body, and winged sandals and his heralds staff.

His Roman counterpart Mercury inherited his attributes, and there are many Roman copies of Greek artistic creations of Hermes.

The Greek post office has Hermes as its symbol.

 David Talbott has been studying mythology for many years. The video he has produced called Symbols of an Alien Sky follows on from his work with incredible and life changing Thunderbolts of the Gods (youtube or full version on googlevideo) and his earlier film Remembering the end of the World.

The basic idea is that why did our ancestors give godly and terrible powers and stories to the planets? Especially as they are so far away and have nothing to do with us? Unless in our past they were things to fear and did bring devastation to the Earth.

As crazy as it sound the visual and historical evidence is very convincing and as you get further into Symbols of an Alien Sky it seems as if his theories have stronger proof.
