Leaving the hill where I live isn't easy. however, going to support people who wish to save this astounding land from Csg Mining and the fracking processes they use is. Yes, that is an easy ask. I spent the Easter weekend with my Earth Sister Vee and Bill from Georgia, and a bunch of people that were so lovely you could bottle them.
This is the most astonishing place I have seen since Glenugie back in the New Year. This land I saw here once again took my breath away. There were aboriginal people here in great numbers in times past as many artifacts have been found in this area.
There sudden disappearance may suggest someone passed away here or many passed by pushing over the edge of this seemingly bottomless rocky falls high up on the Nowendoc River.
I could feel the ancestors here, as soon as I walked onto the huge rocky expanse before me which is part of the falls I was immediately aware of the vibration of the place. It was truly spectacular.

Pascha - Easter - Gloucester
"In most European languages Easter is called by some variant of the late Latin word Pascha, which in turn derives from the Hebrew pesach, passover'.
Well its probably some kind of sign.
We travelled to Gloucester because there were people there asking the same questions we were. Like why wasn't the rig stopped. How did it even make it all the way to here unabated. Why do they have to wait until May for answers. So we did not passover anything.

It is the Time to celebrate the Festival of Ishtar.
She is the counterpart to the Sumerian Inanna, and is the cognate for the Northwest Semitic Aramean goddess Astarte.
Ishtar had many lovers; however, as Guirand notes, "Woe to him whom Ishtar had honoured! The fickle goddess treated her passing lovers cruelly, and the unhappy wretches usually paid dearly for the favours heaped on them.
Animals, enslaved by love, lost their native vigour: they fell into traps laid by men or were domesticated by them. 'Thou has loved the lion, mighty in strength', says the hero Gilgamesh to Ishtar, 'and thou hast dug for him seven and seven pits! Thou hast loved the steed, proud in battle, and destined him for the halter, the goad and the whip. Even for the gods Ishtar's love was fatal. In her youth the goddess had loved Tammuz, god of the harvest, and—if one is to believe Gilgamesh —this love caused the death of Tammuz.

A new Memorial Cross for Texsy .... R.I.P. my love.
If someone can make you laugh when you're about to cry, don't give up on them. They're the true meaning of happiness.
~ Nishan Panwar ~
Yesterday we traveled up to Bellingen out on Waterfall Way and parked the car and dug the hole and put in the most beautiful piece of love. A cross for Texsy bearing a plaque with her name and the inscription "Ride the Lightening"
My facebook post about the day when I came back .....
There are some other funny things about Texsy that make us smile, if a bit too much boobie comes out of my bra or Montana's bra, this is known as chucking a Tex. Texsy loved that we said this. She used to laugh. So, if it happens we still refer to this now forever as "Chucking a Tex". Oh Lord I miss her presence in this world.

My facebook post about the day when I came back .....
Today . . at least the sun was shining and the flowers were pretty and a chook came down to say hello and have a look. Texsy most certainly was there when the chook turned up. A few months ago the original memorial cross was wiped out and busted up when someone else ran off the road in the same spot. A few months later.... a new one with the same plaque from the original one. ( we found the original in the long grass - tell me that wasn't meant to be). We laid some flowers and arranged some rocks around the base. The chooking turning up was such a bonus. ♥ I hope you all like it... Ride the Lightening ..Texsy ♥When the hen turned up all ginger and looking really pretty I thought of Texsy's love of chooks and my memories of her and this brought a smile to my face while we were there memorializing her life on Earth.

Tasers and Children in NSW Australia.

Police can set Tasers on children
EXCLUSIVE JANE HANSENPOLICE are free to use Tasers on children as young as 10, against the explicit warnings of the manufacturer of the device.
Stun guns have been deployed 149 times against juveniles in NSW alone since 2008 with the youngest offender just 10 years old.
Nearly half of the juveniles were under 17, one quarter were under 16, 18 were under 15 and six under 13.
Anna Brown, a solicitor with the Human Rights Law Centre, said the death of Brazilian student Roberto Laudisio Curti, who was 21 when he died after being hit by numerous Taser shots in February last year, highlighted the fact Tasers can be deadly and called for police to enact stricter controls on their use on children.
"We are talking about weapons that are highly dangerous and there should be extreme limitations and warnings when it comes to certain groups like young people, the elderly and pregnant women," Ms Brown said.
Police confirmed there was no reference to Taser use on juveniles in standard operating procedures.
"In short, the Taser can only be discharged in accordance with the criteria for use," a police spokesman said.
"This relates to the nature of the threat as opposed to the age of the person involved. There are no specific age restrictions."
Police Minister Michael Gallacher confirmed through a spokesman he supported police in their use of Tasers on juveniles. "We have some of the strongest best-practices in the world with regards to Tasers," the spokesman said. "It is hard to ask age when someone is running at you with a knife."
Taser International, the manufacturer of the device, warns in the product manual that Tasers can cause "physiological and/or metabolic effects that may increase the risk of death or serious injury," and that use near the chest of children can cause extra heartbeats, or cardiac capture, which can be fatal and more likely in children due to their size.
English: Police issue X26 TASER (Photo credit: Wikipedia) |
A 13-year-old boy from Casino claims police used a Taser on him in an arrest for an alleged car theft on February 5 - a claim denied by police.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told The Sunday Telegraph he felt a shock and fell over as he tried to run away. "I felt a big shock into my body and I couldn't walk after that," he said.
Police took the boy to his mother's home at 2am after the alleged Tasering.
Police said Tasers were not deployed at all on the day in question.

The Union Jack
Have you ever wondered about our Australian flag? Our flag is part of the flag of the United Kingdom. The UK's flag is commonly known as the Union Jack. Why is it called the Union Jack?
The Jack Staff is a part of the front of a sailing vessel and there are some that will only refer to the United Kingdom's Flag as the Jack when it is being flown in this traditional way while in sail.
The name has crossed over into contemporary language now and most everyone knows it as the Union Jack regardless of the correct name. The flag should be referred to as the Union Flag while on land.
The Union Flag is a combination of three flags. The flag of the patron Saint of England (St George), The patron saint of Scotland (St Andrew) and the patron saint of Ireland ( St Patrick). Wales was already part of the United Kingdom as a principality.
The flag originated as a visual representation of the various
political unions of the countries that formed the United Kingdom of
Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The present flag design being established
in 1801.
The Australian flag has the Union Jack tucked up into the corner.
The flag of Australia is a defaced Blue Ensign: a blue field with the Union Jack in the canton (upper hoist quarter), and a large white seven-pointed star known as the Commonwealth Star in the lower hoist quarter. The fly contains a representation of the Southern Cross constellation, made up of five white stars – one small five-pointed star and four, larger, seven-pointed stars.
The flag's original design (with a six-pointed Commonwealth Star) was chosen in 1901 from entries in a worldwide competition held following Federation, and was first flown in Melbourne on 3 September 1901; this date has been proclaimed as Australian National Flag Day. A slightly different design was approved by King Edward VII in 1902. Over the next few years, the exact specifications of the flag were changed several times both intentionally and as a result of confusion. The current specifications were formally gazetted in 1934, and in 1954 the flag became recognised by, and legally defined in, the Flags Act 1953, as the "Australian National Flag".

How Relaxing is Fishing?
Montana's Tiny Fish (Bream)Yellowfin Bream Acanthopagrus australis |
We pumped yabbies up from the under the sand and used these for bait. I did a smashing job of putting my own bait on. I had to get serious because I am pretty fail at this usually.
For more information : FISHING and AQUACULTURE
Distribution - Yellowfin bream are found along the NSW coast, as well as in Queensland and Victoria. Bream inhabit estuaries up to the brackish water limit (the change from salt to freshwater) and inshore rocky reef habitats near ocean beaches and rocky headlands.
Size - Maximum weight of 4kg and a length of 60 cm.
Characteristics - Yellowfin bream have a silver to olive-green body with yellowish pectoral, ventral and anal fins. They are opportunistic feeders with their diet including small crabs, prawns, molluscs, pipis and small fish.
Confusing species - Black bream (Acanthopagrus butcheri) are found in NSW waters up to the Myall Lakes though are more common in Victoria and the south of the state. Yellowfin bream have a deeper body and a higher snout than black bream and have yellow ventral fins. Tarwhine have rounded, convex heads and a gold spot on each scale giving the fish a series of longitudinal bands. Tarwhine are found along the coast of New South Wales.

The Readers and Writer's Festival ... and ? ?
It would be approximately two weeks ago I was the first to say on a website that I would help. I never got an email or a shift or a look in the door or a reminder or a thank you to say hello but we don't want you. No. Nothing just ignorant people.
I wasted my entire weekend this weekend, salvaged only by the Montana and Anaan visiting to take away the whole that was left by this purposeful little ploy by those in charge. Not involved with the Greens party at all. This has been said many times to me as I have asked straight out.
What is with the triangles then ... left over Green Triangles that turned YELLOW over night to say Lock the Gate?
I believe in Lock the Gate. But, I am not a Greens party follower. I would prefer to keep this organisation of change separate from the Greens party. There would be great benefits because I know I am not alone with this ideology. Would the Green Party like me to turn up with my Anti Agenda 21 banners in full force to equal their Green UN agenda that promote Agenda 21.
Do those pushing this barrow realize that Csg Mining is part of the United Nations Agenda 21? Surely they do not. If they do know, then it is worse than I thought originally. We are in serious trouble. We need no political parties that are in existence now in our future as a country. Expulsion of every one of these entities and we may stand a chance. Down with Labor / Liberal / Nationals and Greens. Lose them all. Clean sweep.

AGENDA 21 promotes the UN's World Water Day
English:
Emblem of the United Nations. Color is #d69d36 from the image at
http://www.un.org/depts/dhl/maplib/flag.htm (Photo credit: Wikipedia) |
World Water Day is just another United Nations initiative. The United Nations is not to be trusted. Trust not what your gut tells you not to trust. Your waters in your body really do feel this because - wait for it - Its water and water has a memory. Water and DNA are connected in a dramatic way yet to be found.
Agenda 21, also known as ‘Sustainable Development’, is the action plan to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all information, all energy, and all human beings in the world. This plan was birthed at the 1992 United Nations Rio Earth Summit, officially known as the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED). President George HW Bush signed the US was onto this plan by along with 178 other world leaders.
Agenda 21 is gross overreach of the government and is already affecting Australian lives in a lot of areas, Csg mining agreements, including property ownership and education, to name just a few.
There are plenty of us who don't need to be led by the nose, we can think for ourselves and we have the ability to read between the lines. This is not a good outcome for the world. Our Australian Government has signed us up to this agreement. Ros Kelly was the one who signed off on it in 2002 at the UNCSD in Africa.
GAROO running from Agenda 21 |
These hand picked group of individuals think they have a right to make decisions over others in the world. They are not God. These people are humans lording over other humans. This is wrong. This is what the Greens stand for. They want to destroy this country and send the kangaroos overseas for meat. Do they realize the kangaroo is a sacred animal. GAROO does not want to go O.S. and be meat. The people who seemingly think this need to educate themselves in a hurry and wake up.
Do they really think the world needs more Cancer. Eating meats out of the area like this will give you the foreign cells. You are not meant to send this animal to any other country than where it lives. To do this or to be involved in doing this is astoundingly sick.

What happened to KRUDDY today?
Today was a strange day in politics. It was rumored there would be a leadership spill and that Julia would be getting toppled. I heard about it from all differing sources all week. Today in the party room Julia stood and was victorious 71 -73 votes after former Labor leader Simon Crean showed his hand and then was sacked for his efforts.
A lot of us are in shock at this result because we want her gone.
A lot of us are in shock at this result because we want her gone.
I personally would like to see a RUDD versus HOCKEY parliament. I think they are both reasonable people and would make fair political opponents as well

What is happening in Government?
Voting anyone? |
I would like to see Kevid Rudd come back. All of Australia cannot exist under the leadership of Julia Gillard. She is off the planet, and this country was beginning to feel like an SS Concentration camp.
I look forward to tomorrow and to see where these things are tomorrow. More may be added to this blog later this evening yet.

AGL = Australian Gas Light Company
History
The Australian Gas Light Company (AGL) was formed in Sydney in 1837. It supplied gas for the first public lighting of a street lamp in Sydney in 1841 and was the second company to list on the Australian Stock Exchange.- In 1842 despite the recession of the time, the Australian Gaslight company was “ in a highly flourishing condition”.
- Still in the 1850’s, gas lighting allowed for late night shopping in nice department stores.
- In 1857 AGL introduced gas purification in Australia. This made it possible for gas to be used in private residences.
- In 1873, for the sum of 4 pounds, AGL imported the first gas cooking stove and installed it in their Darling harbour store.
- In the 1890’s gas stoves were advertised by the company in cookery books. You could rent a gas stove or buy one.
- In1893 in Haymarket, the original AGL energy shop was built as an all gas showroom. It showcased cooking, lighting and heating options, and conducted classes.
- By 1936, 59,000 housewives a year were taking gas cooking classes.
- In 1976 AGL introduced natural gas to Sydney. Not a national first. But it did involve the longest pipeline in the country – from outback South Australia to Sydney.
This was subsequently approved by the Federal Court of Australia on 9 October 2006, and AGL Energy began trading on the Australian Stock Exchange on 12 October 2006.
- In 2007 AGL was the first to join the Chicago Climate Exchange.
- In 2007 AGL was recognised for actions taken to address the issue of climate change by being listed as a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index, the leading global ranking of sustainability. And we are the only Australian energy retailer to achieve this status.
- In 2008, AGL made Australia’s first carbon trade.
The GLOUCESTER Project
Overview
The Gloucester Gas Project (the Project) is a coal seam gas (CSG) project located in Petroleum Exploration Licence (PEL) 285, which fully encompasses the Gloucester Geological Basin in New South Wales. The project is wholly owned and operated by AGL.Learn more about the Gloucester Gas Project.
In February 2011, the independent NSW Planning Assessment Commission (PAC) approved the Gloucester Gas Project subject to AGL's meeting 70 stringent conditions in relation to the construction and operation of the project.
The Gloucester Gas Project includes:
- The Stage 1 Gas Field Development Area - including up to 110 gas wells and associated infrastructure including gas and water gathering lines;
- A Central Processing Facility for compression and processing of the extracted gas, and a water treatment plant;
- An up to 15MW gas fired electricity generating facility;
- A gas transmission pipeline between the central processing facility and the existing gas supply network at Hexham; and
- A delivery station at Hexham to connect the transported gas to the existing Sydney-Newcastle trunk pipeline.
The EPBC Act approval contains 36 conditions relating to protecting matters of national environmental significance, such as the Giant Barred Frog, Green and Golden Bell Frog and Small Flower Grevillea, as well as for the protection of groundwater. The EPBC Act approval is valid until 2062. View the media release for more information.
The proposed Project provides a means of commercially developing the Gas resources of the Gloucester Basin. The project includes:
- Drilling production wells in the development area;
- Building infrastructure such as roads and gas and water gathering lines;
- A central gas processing facility to treat the gas and water;
- A high pressure gas transmission pipeline to deliver the gas to the existing network at Hexham; and
- A Delivery Station at Hexham to transfer the gas from the pipeline to the Sydney Newcastle trunk pipeline.
- Supply energy to the Sydney and Hunter regions and NSW as a whole;
- Create employment opportunities, during construction and operation;
- Improve service;
- Develop NSW's natural resources in an environmentally sustainable manner;
- Reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the region; and
- Decrease reliance on power supplies outside of NSW.
The Gloucester Gas Project is an important source of future supply of natural gas for New South Wales. It could meet the gas demands of more than one million Australian homes. The first gas from Gloucester is expected to be available from mid-2016.

History
In late 2008, AGL purchased PEL 285 from Lucas Energy Pty Limited and Molopo Australia Limited. In 1992, the Licence had been granted to Pacific Power under the Petroleum (Onshore) Act, 1991. Pacific Power operated the permit until Lucas (as operator) and Molopo purchased the licence in 2002.AGL has since been sole operator of the Project, which as of June 2011 has Proved
and Probable (2P) reserves of 669 PJ.
The region has a rich exploration history, with active searching for coal deposits occurring since the 1970s.
Drilling and Exploration
Key gas targets in the Gloucester Basin are the coals from the Upper Permian Gloucester Coal Measures. In 2009, AGL conducted a core hole drilling program. High gas contents have been confirmed in all 18 core holes that have been drilled.In the region's wells, AGL has found hydraulic fracturing to be a valuable method for increasing gas flow.
More can be learned about AGL's Gloucester hydraulic fracturing here.
In 2009, 2010, and 2012, AGL conducted seismic exploration. Seismic is an exploration method used to create a map of the structures beneath the Earth's surface. The method sends seismic waves, similar to very low frequency sound waves into the Earth, where the different rock formations then reflect the waves back to the surface, and they are recorded over a period of seconds.
What's next?
Work has begun on the Waukivory pilot well testing program at Forbesdale. In December 2012, and an aeromagnetic survey is scheduled for January 2013. This work will be undertaken to prepare for Stage 1 of the project. Further information about Stage 1 is provided on AGL’s Gloucester Gas Project website agl.com.au/gloucester.What is the Waukivory Pilot program?
AGL will drill four wells at Forbesdale to assess the natural gas potential of the area and to gather additional information about the surrounding hydrogeology.The independent expert who examined AGL’s surface water and groundwater studies, Dr Rick Evans, noted that the Waukivory flow testing program should proceed as soon as possible to build knowledge of the connectivity of the different groundwater systems across the area.

The Dirty War and the new Pope Francis.
Jorge Mario Bergoglio : The "Dirty War Pope"
From GLOBAL RESEARCH
Bergoglio was ideologically predisposed to backing the mass political killings unleashed by the junta. In the early 1970s, he was associated with the right-wing Peronist Guardia de Hierro (Iron Guard), whose cadre—together with elements of the Peronist trade union bureaucracy—were employed in the death squads known as the Triple A (Argentine Anti-Communist Alliance), which carried out a campaign of extermination against left-wing opponents of the military before the junta even took power. Adm. Emilio Massera, the chief of the Navy and the leading ideologue of the junta, also employed these elements, particularly in the disposal of the personal property of the “disappeared.”
From Horacio Verbitsky
Accused: Jorge Mario Bergoglio
I began my investigation into Jorge Mario Bergoglio a few months after he was named Archbishop of Buenos Aires. When he was appointed in February 1998, his image was that of a humble priest. In a suit that was as worn as his shoes, he was said to spend the night sitting by the bedsides of the sick.But I had also begun to hear more troubling accounts, from human rights activists who accused him of complicity with the junta that kidnapped, tortured and murdered 30,000 dissidents during the ‘Dirty War’.The first accusations were made by Emilio Mignone, a former deputy education minister, who claimed that the Pope of the Dictatorship – as I now regard him – was linked to the disappearance of his daughter, Mónica. A Catholic teacher, she did social work in the slums of Buenos Aires, near the neighbourhood where Father Bergoglio grew up.She was kidnapped in May 1976 and has never been seen again.
According to Mignone, two Left-wing priests who worked with the poor were also abducted the same week. Fathers Orlando Yorio and Francisco Jalics were Jesuits, whose order was run by Father Bergoglio, one of the youngest leaders in the Argentine Catholic Church’s history.They were snatched by troops and taken to the same dreaded Navy concentration camp as Mónica, the Escuela de Mecánica de la Armada (ESMA), where they were tortured.Mignone claimed that Father Bergoglio collaborated with the junta’s commanders in chief – Jorge Videla and Emilio Massera – in their kidnap.
