Ezekiel 1:10 and Revelation 4:7 both refer to the FIXED signs of the zodiac.

The fixed signs are  Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius. These signs are mentioned in the bible in two places that I can remember.

"As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle". Ezekiel 1:10
"And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle." Revelation 4:7

The Member for New England finally submits to the sacrifice.

The lack of a strong inner life has been the downfall of the Member for New England falling from grace and from the position of Deputy Prime Minister for Australia.

Barnaby Thomas Gerard Joyce who is the sitting member for New England has at last submitted and stepped down as Deputy Prime Minister and leader of the National Party of Australia.

Immediately he did this the wolves gathered to the feast to stab it with their steely knives and put in their two bobs worth about how they should be selected as leader of the National Party.

Barnaby Joyce flapped on about how it was his personal business and that we should not pass judgement.  Perhaps he is right about that tiny part.  However this is not the reason why the MP is under scrutiny in my opinion.

For me primarily it is about his corrupt practices that Joyce is yet to admit to.  His purchase of two properties in the Central west of New South Wales at Gwabegar.  These properties are where the inland rail is going to be.

Another large issue is the misuse of parliamentary funds, flying around in an RAAF jet from Football home to Armidale.

The biggest of them all is the Sexual Harrassment allegations from Western Australia.

Fixated Persons Law - Asphyxiate the Fixated!

NSW Police Shoulder Patch

Image of insignia by Neil Crofski-Stocton

Two states have passed legislation regarding "Fixated Individuals".  Both New South Wales and Queensland have recently passed laws under the guise they are protecting people from terrorism with these measures.

I am quite suspicious of this fact. These laws have been used to shut people up who speak out about corruption where government and corporations are concerned.  For example.  The young woman in Queensland Ms Fiona Wilson who blew the whistle on Origin Energy.  More on Queensland laws and Ms Wilson later.

The following is an article written on the Sydney Criminal Lawyers Website regarding the New South Wales version of this same law written by By Zeb Holmes and Ugur Nedim.  The opening paragraph says it all.
A new unit of the NSW Police Force has been created which is ostensibly aimed at combating lone-wolf terrorism by closely monitoring ‘fixated persons’.
NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller has told the media that the unit will focus on the intersection between ‘radicalisation’, mental illness and lone-wolf attacks. However, there are concerns the unit will do little more than target, harass and silence those who speak out against the status quo.    Click the following link to read the article in full at the link below
https://www.sydneycriminallawyers.com.au/blog/nsw-police-to-target-potential-lone-wolf-terrorists/

The NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller said there is this new phenomena with people who become fixated on particular issues or particular people who are related to particular issues.   This is so broad that I find it concerning to say the least.

It seems as I said above, this is a smoke screen to fool the general public into believing its about stopping terrorism.  It is clear its not because they target people who speak out about corruption that in some way may link the government to the corrupt acts.

We see this with Fiona Wilson in Brisbane.  Her next court case is on March 9.  Her case is bizarre to the onlooker.  Is this the Australia and the freedom our grandfathers fought and died for?  Somehow I do not think so and when the RSL hierarchy has been found corrupt last year; then you have no chance of bringing morality to the pointless deaths of thousands over the various wars governments create.

It is in the Australian Constitution, we have a implied right to dissent if we think that laws are made unfair.  Why is the Federal Government pushing the States so hard?  Its like they are all hiding something and Barnaby Joyce is just a smoke screen for the lot (Sacrificial Lamb)

IMPLIED RIGHTimplied right are derived from the rulings and constitutional interpretation of the High Court.
Implied rights are not clearly outlined in the Constitution but are suggested or inferred in its text. In a manner of speaking, implied rights are found by ‘reading between the lines’ of the Constitution. They are derived from a particular definition or interpretation of key words or phrases. Implied rights are considered, identified and outlined by the High Court, in cases the court is required to interpret the Constitution.

While you are there, you might be wondering about how people stand with the law when it comes to protesting any of this legislation.
Notwithstanding the occasional recognition of protest as an object for legal protection, many of the cases illustrate the difficulty of balancing this with other interests at stake, notably public amenity, health or safety. The lofty rhetoric of speech protection rarely translates to legal success for protestors in a constitutional context. Conceptually, protest straddles categories ranging from speech to association and assembly, but it also struggles to achieve constitutional protection when operating as a ‘strategy of rupture’.
Thirdly, protest is protected in various statutes regulating police powers, public order and local government. An example of such protection is found in section 200 of the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002 in NSW. The accompanying section 199 creates an offence for failure to comply with a direction. Section 200 provides that a police officer is not authorised to give such a direction in relation to ‘an apparently genuine demonstration or protest’.
The difficulty with these kinds of laws is that they are often subject to the discretion of relevant authorities. You might end up being able to establish your ‘right’ to protest in any given context, but this could involve significant legal risk, the possibility of arrest and conviction or civil penalty.
Protest can make history, it can speak truth to power, it can change the legal system itself, but it is indirectly and rather poorly protected. Protest, like democracy, is often messy, disruptive, inconvenient and even annoying, but as with free speech more broadly, it deserves more formal recognition and legal protection in Australia.   Read the article in full at this link below.

Now, finally back to Fiona Wilson.  This Go Fund Me post came in my feed this morning and so it didn't take long to link the two states together with these similar laws.

From the GoFundMe Website   *Queensland Laws
Former Origin Energy executive and whistleblower Fiona Wilson has been detained by the new Queensland Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (QFTAC) and injected against her will and without any charges laid against her.
Fiona is appealing this and the next hearing is on March 9 in Brisbane. Fiona needs a barrister to represent her in court as the case is now very complex.
It is the opinion of an independent Clinical and Consulting Psychologist, and a qualified Counsellor, that Fiona was/is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) following the ordeal of blowing the whistle on the coal seam gas industry - and is NOT delusional, as the QFTAC have claimed.
The QFTAC are interpreting very broad definitions in Fiona's case. Fiona was merely trying to contact the relevant Queensland Minister about the evidence that she was exposing. Instead of acting on Fiona's evidence, the Minister referred her to QFTAC.
Details of the QFTAC and Fiona's case are on Twitter here:
https://twitter.com/1earthmedia/status/956336176016732160?lang=enProactive intelligence agencies undoubtedly have their place, particularly in an ever-more-sophisticated world of anti-government activity. But so, of course, do concepts of open government, transparent and accountable law enforcement, and the right to dissent.
Unfortunately, the online QFTAC brochure is long on why ‘fixated persons’ must be monitored, but regrettably short on whether, and if so how, its own activities are. With no mention of any kind of public interest monitor, we’re left to wonder just precisely who is fixating on the people fixating on the fixated people.
Chris Nyst, Gold Coast Lawyer.
https://www.nystlegal.com.au/2017/05/26/fixated-folk/Fiona has since moved hundreds of kilometres away from Brisbane to begin a new life with her partner, but is still trapped in this new system. Fiona has exhausted her bank account fighting this to date but now needs a barrister to appeal the QFTAC's harsh new laws.

Happy Birthday Billy and Bags .... shine on in our hearts.

My mother said to me a few days before she passed, "I thought that you would be the one who would hate me the most and you ended up being the one who loved me the most". She thought I would hate her because she had ten children and she had to leave me at four months alone on the bed. I was separated from everyone. She was so relieved that I am not that sort of person and perhaps after that she was able to pass peacefully. I never met my mummy "Bags" until I was over 18 or so maybe 19 .. Have you ever seen a dry plant that some one finally gave some water to?. That was me. I was so grateful to my BF at the time who helped me find her. It's why I am a bit of a weirdo you know, everything was just a bit crazy. I knew my daddy "Billy", he was a true legend but the war damaged him. I never saw him walk, he was a paraplegic, he had an accident just a couple of months before I was born. I always knew people hated me because I was so badly in the way of it all. I carried that feeling throughout my life until I learned more about myself and the connection to the All. My daddy went star ward when I was 12, it felt too soon. It was in fact too soon for both of them although in real terms we are on a journey that doesn't end here and so I got no call on whether its good or bad in that sense. I know they watch over us all, I sense it from time to time, certain kooky things happen and I smile. The other thing this means, is my friends have been my family forever. I'm grateful for the beauty everyone of these people imparted into my life and for sharing your families with me and sharing my parents birthday with me today

New Moon Ritual

In modern astronomy, the New Moon is when the Sun and Moon are aligned, with the Sun and Earth on opposite sides of the Moon.

How to Perform a New Moon Ritual

The New Moon is a time for planting new seeds of our desires

The New Moon is the birthing cycle of the Moon's various phases. It is also an opportune time to attract your heartfelt longings by doing a Moon Ritual focused on what you wish to manifest.

The New Moon is an optimal time for planning and setting your intentions. Seedlings need a period of gestation before they break through the soil and reach for the sunlight. This is also true for cultivating our ideas and clearing the way for our visions to surface and become our new reality.

The dark side of the Moon, with its mysterious unseen forces, offers a nurturing environment where our longings can establish roots. These miraculous manifestations begin to sprout and reach out to the stars as the Moon continues its cycle.
Moon Ritual for Birthing Your Wishes and Desires
Prepare for your New Moon Ritual in advance by setting aside a few minutes each month during the new moon phase to focus on your wishes. This will help give you clarity of mind and fill your heart with promise.

When it comes to setting goals or planning ahead for your future, there is no better time to get started than during the New Moon.

cleansing breaths, play some meditation music or leisurely sip on a cup of relaxing herbal tea.No matter your approach, the goal is to clear your mind, calm your body, and remain in the moment. The now is all that matters and mindfulness on the ritual before you is your priority.

To fully align ourselves with our goals and intentions while we release ourselves from all that no longer serves us and from anything that is holding us back from stepping into our Wild and Sacred Power.

Historic Bi-Centenary Protest

The Institute Times, Self-determination 1980 - 1989

The Institute Times

Aboriginal People Protest Bicentenary

The Bicentenary of Australia was celebrated on Australian Day in 1988. It marked 200 years since the arrival of the First Fleet of British convict ships at Sydney in 1788.
The Bicentenary celebration day also marked a day of protest by Aboriginal peoples.

Yesterday myself and a friend re watched this video... this was 30 years ago on the 26th January in 1988.  Nothing has gotten better with regards to justice where the remaining nations that are left after colonization genocidal actions by successive governments and the general public at large are concerned.  Ignorance is no longer an excuse when it comes to this serious issue.  This is a crime against humanity.

After you have watched this one above you can click through HERE and go to an SBS site that has another version.

Druids and Dryades

IMG 6017

The origin of the word Druid is under dispute. Max Müller believes that, like the Irish word Drui, it means "the men of the oak trees." He further draws attention to the fact that the forest gods and tree deities of the Greeks were called Dryades.

The Druid Order

Some believe the word to be of Teutonic origin; others ascribe it to the Welsh. A few trace it to the Gaelic druidh, which means "a wise man" or "a sorcerer." In Sanskrit the word dru means "timber."
Excerpt from The Secret Teachings of All Ages by Manly Palmer Hall.

(WelshderwyddOld IrishdruíScottish Gaelicdraoidh)

Following the Roman invasion of Gaul, the druid orders were suppressed by the Roman government under the 1st century CE emperors Tiberius and Claudius, and had disappeared from the written record by the 2nd century.

Many years ago I lived in a street named Dryade Street.  I had no idea of the street name meaning at that time and I even went so far as to ponder what a funny name for a street.

It is a genuine  satisfying feeling when you find out the origin of something, even if it is just a street name.  Dryades and Druids ... who would have known.

There is much more to know of these Dryades.
DRYADES (Dryads) and OREIADES (Oreads) were the nymphs of trees, groves, woodlands and mountain forests. They were the spirits of the oaks and pines, poplar and ash, apple and laurel. For those known as Hamadryades, a tree was born with her birth to which her life was tied. While the tree flourished, so did its resident nymph, but when it died she passed away. There were several types of Dryades associated with particular trees:
(1) The Meliai (Meliae) were nymphs of the ash-trees. They were born when Gaia (Gaea, the Earth) was impregnated by the blood of the castrated Ouranos (Uranus, the Sky). They were wed by the men of the Silver Age--in the time before the first woman was created--and from them mankind was descended.
(2) The Oreiades (Oreads) were nymphs of the mountain conifers. The eldest of these were daughters of the five Daktyloi (Dactyls) and five Hekaterides (Hecaterides). Subsequent generations were descended from these elder Oreiades and their brother Satyroi (Satyrs).
(3) The Hamadryades (Hamadryads) were the nymphs of oak and poplar trees. They were usually connected with river-side trees and sacred groves.
(4) The Maliades, Meliades or Epimelides were nymphs of apple and other fruit trees and the protectors of sheep. The Greek word melas--from which their name derives--means both apple and sheep.
(5) The Daphnaie were nymphs of the laurel trees, one of a class of rarer tree-specific Dryad. Others included the Nymphai Aigeiroi (of black poplars), Ampeloi (of grape vines), Balanis (of the ilex), Karyai (of the hazel-nut), Kraneiai (of cherry-trees), Moreai (of the mulberry), Pteleai (of elm trees), and Sykei (of fig trees).
Oreiades were nymphs of the mountains, Alseides of the sacred groves, Aulonides of glens, Napaiai of vales.  Click HERE to find out more on this most interesting subject.
