Section 35K - “Immunity from liability for special intelligence conduct during special intelligence operations”“That includes sensory deprivation, noise, physical abuse not causing serious injury, waterboarding, electrical shocks, Mr Leyonhjelm said.
This is the section which exempts operatives from civil or criminal prosecution in the course of their work.
