The Federal Industry Ministers Push in NSW to pump GAS

AGL runs last minute water tests at Gloucester

Coal Seam Gas Mining Exclusion zones  have been set and that are the plans for future areas like horse studs and wineries and its alright to talk about but these but what about every where else that is beautful and fragile ...really?

All of N.S.W. has undergone the most intense scrutiny and the  Biophysical Strategic Agricultural  Land areas have been mapped but the scientists still don't have the power to say no to government and the powerful mining companies and at all levels there is corruption in this industry and this is totally evident that there is a fair bit of palm greasing going on.

Areas such as the Pilliga / Sydneys Water supply / Central Coast and the Alluvial Aquifers at Gloucester but these areas are not important enough to have any levels of government jumping up and down to save these areas from certain destruction.  The areas down stream as well will most certainly suffer.

Government says its science of emotion, they want to keep lying to the general public and talk about supply challenges etc and this is absolutely untrue because the contracts are running out not the gas.

They talk about balance but what about the Dairy Industry in Gloucester NSW where the industry was a thriving industry and is all bought up now by AGL.  This has to be corruption to have that much power over that much land and this is what I want to argue about.

John Ross from AGL says that the water in the aquifers comes up in the Avon River anyway and that water with rogue gas is not toxic.  My friend Jennifer has stormed the AGL office and interviewed John Ross and he was caught short with no real sensible answers and his descriptions of what goes on from a geological point of view are now under scrutiny.

They talk about processes, and the former government approved these licenses and they will have to come under scrutiny but the locals do not want this industry in their back yard.

Last week I went to Gloucester and sat with the Downstream Knitting Nannas and the amount of horns that Tooted their approval for what we were doing and the number of people who stopped to give support means its not wanted their by the people.
