Kay Phillips-Sanders Mary after a lot of medication it agrees with me unlike other ones and I'm not going of it. I don't have breast cancer and I have been on it for years.

Mary-Ellen Peters AROPAX is linked to other elements of ongoing health problems as well, I remember reading a couple of years back.. SSRI's fk with people full stop. I am glad your are in super health.. perhaps you are the exception here as there always are exceptions.

Kay Phillips-Sanders I'm also aware of that fact but I choose to stay on it. It's better than being so bloody depressed you want to kill yourself, I'm aware about it all I check the pills the doctors give me.

Kay Phillips-Sanders Mary I went of the drug and nearly lost my life through stupidity so I have no intention of going through that again as it takes a month to get into your system. Explain to me how my sister was veg. didn't smoke and lived a healthy life style but still got cancer so did my gran the same one. Look at all the things they say causes cancer my god the list will go on and on.

Kay Phillips-Sanders Well all I can say is good on big pharma or I wouldn't be here, just like my brother. It's saving my life and makes me think if I did anything stupid the hurt it would cause other and don't be so cruel in your comment. You haven't been through anything like I have and I was never on it until after my daughter and mum died 3 months apart. Thank you very much, you wouldn't like to have the nightmares I used to have.

 Mary-Ellen Peters No Kay I have enough nightmares of my own ...and I choose to stand up against those terrors with out chemical handcuffs.. My PTSD is multifaceted and part of the damage to my psyche by others enables me to see things from a perspective that is unique, that is a given and it creates a passion to speak out on all injustices that have effected me. One of them is about trying to control my environment because badly abused children have no control over their circumstances ie environment and desire to have fairness prevail. Having a number done on people by big pharma .. big Gas and Big Bullshit is not my idea of the kind of world we all deserve as humans, that is control! I do not wish to be controlled because I desire to do no harm.

Kay Phillips-Sanders I'm not controlled by anyone Mary, I had a hash childhood called the stockwhip regularly, so don't tell me, mum was on Thyroxin, I think that was the one, that kept her alive. Go of the dope and I'm not being nasty saying that, I know from experience it kills people feelings in other ways. So don't tell me I'm under control of chemical handcuffs. You have no idea, there is also nothing wrong with my psyche, I would say what I have seen and experienced it higher than yours. Also no one in this world is unique so that is rubbish

Kay Phillips-Sanders Glad you said that but as I said I need to be on those tablets for my own protection. You have no idea of my life like a lot of my close friends do so don't judge that is all I'm asking we all have a choice and make our own decisions for what is best. Might not always be right but it a learning curve, that a part of life I'm afraid. If and I say if I get cancer then it's gods will. I should of been dead when I was 5 yrs of age but I'm not I survived when I shouldn't of had. Also had a spinal tap without pain killers back in those days, I have the mark on my back to prove it and have never forgotten what that pain was like. I'm talking the old days here.

Mary-Ellen Peters I had a lumbar puncture too (spinal tap) in 1976 . . that was bad enough although you could smoke in hospital beds in those days.. I remember! I had nearly died 3 times by the time I was 7 years old... Malnutrition and two counts of drowning, then a black snake curled up in my playpen so that was prolly a little dodgy as well, I have no idea what a real family is.. having been abandoned at four months of age.

It is dangerous to the young who smoke until their brain has fully grown, I have seen that look at half of Bellingen, they walk around like they are out of this world. We need medication in this world and they are getting close to finding cures for a number of things. Now for the other answer for someone who was abandoned at the age of four mothers sweetie you seem contradict yourself. What was the cause of your near death.

Mary-Ellen Peters I like to think of it like this : I have unusual emotional responses, therefore I am extraordinary.. lol. They are using a sacred plant to find a short cut to fun thats why, this plant teaches you things and if you dont heed the lessons I suppose it would be fair to say their are consequences as there is with everything we choose in life.

Kay Phillips-Sanders I can swear on this as I have been there and seen for myself it helped me a bit when my sister died.

Mary-Ellen Peters My mother bathed me and left me in the middle of the bed and she left ... I was four months old. My sister was 2 years old ... she drank what bottles i did get forced on my as until then I was breastfed and didn't know what a bottle was.. I was then very weak and not well and was diagnosed with malnutrition mainly my own fault I should have known to drink the bottles at FOUR MONTHS lol! I drowned at the Stanthorpe pool with Kay looking after me and again with Kay looking after I nearly drowned at Coolangatta.. my near deaths were a 12 when I tried to take my own life because be physically abused so much had taken its toll and then I was taken hostage ... I could keep elaborating. I had a touch and go situation with septicemia which led me to have major micro surgery and years on IVF ... I was burnt and in hosp for 3 months in Ipswich .. Then there was John lol! I almost died giving birth to Matilda we were both very close to death and she was a miracle as all other babies in her circumstance have serious issues.. i am glad she fought hard.

Mary-Ellen Peters I lived on the street ...I lost the sight in my eyes when I was 15 for 6 weeks and was in the Royal when Kay found me then I got Meningitis(reason for lumbar puncture) I have fought hard to be who I am and to be alive and to be able to speak from a perspective that is entirely unique, I have put into the communities I have lived in. I have made mistakes and learned many valuable lessons that others could only dream about... Some I won't elaborate on here but valuable no less even through the trauma. The trauma is the fire that refines a persons character. I usually tell people straight up these days ... saves the shock of finding out I see around corners and that is a unique gift.

Kay Phillips-Sanders I'm sorry to hear that but it is so strange not being able to feed out of a bottle with a teat on the end. Mine was from encephalitis you can look that up and I still remember when I collapsed out side this little church on the way home, it had white pebbles all over the yard no grass. Mum gave me a chocolate freckle and I couldn't swallow it and she said I went into a coma in the back of an ambulance. She told me she would never go in and ambulance again and she never did. This happen for a reason it gave me a lot of common sense as I wasn't the brightest child in the school only being in a B class but it was better than C I guess.

Kay Phillips-Sanders Maybe that is why we can debate on different things it give one something to think about from a different angle I guess anyway I'm off to bed. Goodnight, dream about the angles.

Mary-Ellen Peters I was taken away and abandoned again when I was 12 when I became a ward of the state. So the story wasn't pretty and many who walked in my footsteps are not alive to tell the story and the ones who are, I find are very unique characters indeed, because they have succeeded.

SOLFEGGIO HEALING.

Solfeggio frequencies and ancient scales interest me because it represents ancient geometry and it corresponds to the resonances of colour.   I have a long way to go to discover the entire history.  This following article brings some light to the subject but there is an entire universe of knowledge to find here.  The word universe is a key here with this being the reference to it being many sounds or verses or scales of sound.   The universal mind  uses sacred geometry to give us the key to understanding. 

Further to this in Genesis 1 on verses 3, 6 and 9, these are the verses where God speaks, which is a clear key that sound relates to creation in a tangible and physical way.

What are the Solfeggio frequencies?

Solfeggio frequencies make up the ancient 6-tone scale thought to have been used in sacred music, including the beautiful and well known Gregorian Chants. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart spiritual blessings when sung in harmony.

Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy and keep your body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony.

The main six Solfeggio frequencies are:

396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear
417 Hz – Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change
528 Hz – Transformation and Miracles (DNA Repair)
639 Hz – Connecting/Relationships
741 Hz – Expression/Solutions
852 Hz – Returning to Spiritual Order

Where do these tones come from?

According to Professor Willi Apel, the origin of the ancient Solfeggio scale can be traced back to a Medieval hymn to John the Baptist.

The hymn has this peculiarity that the first six lines of the music commenced respectively on the first six successive notes of the scale, and thus the first syllable of each line was sung to a note one degree higher that the first syllable of the line that preceded it. Because the music held mathematic resonance, the original frequencies were capable of spiritually inspiring mankind to be more “god-kind”.

The original Solfeggio scale was developed by a Benedictine monk, Guido d’Arezzo (c. 991 AD – c. 1050 AD). It was used by singers to learn chants and songs more easily.

Today we know the Solfeggio scale as seven ascending notes assigned to the syllables Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti.

The original scale was six ascending notes assigned to Ut-Re-Mi-Fa-Sol-La. The syllables for the scale were taken from a hymn to St. John the Baptist, Ut Queant Laxis, written by Paulus Diaconus.

In the mid-1970’s Dr. Joseph Puleo, a physician and America’s leading herbalist, found six electro-magnetic sound frequencies that corresponded to the syllables from the hymn to St. John the Baptist.

How were the frequencies discovered?

According to the documentation provided in “Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse“, Dr. Joseph Puleo was introduced, through an open vision, to the Pythagorean method of numeral reduction.

Using this method, he discovered the pattern of six repeating codes in the Book of Numbers, Chapter 7, verses 12 through 83.

The Pythagorean method is a simple reduction method, used to turn big numbers into single digits.

The values of all digits in the number are added up. When after the first addition the number still contains more than one digit, the process is repeated.
Here’s an example:

456 can be reduced to 4+5+6 = 15, and subsequently reduced to 1+5=6. So the number 456 reduces eventually to the single digit 6.

Dr. Joseph Puleo found repetitions of a single issue or subject in the Book of Numbers.

In Chapter 7, verse 12 he found a reference to the first day, the second day was mentioned in verse 18, the third day in verse 24, and so forth until the final reference in verse 78 which is speaking of the twelfth day.

The Pythagorean reduction of these verse numbers is:

Verse 12 = 1 + 2 = 3
Verse 18 = 1 + 8 = 9
Verse 24 = 2 + 4 = 6
Verse 30 = 3 + 0 = 3
Verse 36 = 3 + 6 = 9
Verse 42 = 4 + 2 = 6
…until verse 78

Do you see the repetition of 396?

.   .   .   .   This is the first frequency.

He found the next frequency by looking at verse 13, which is speaking of an offering. Six verses down, which is verse 19, the same offering or idea is repeated, six verses down at verse 25 there is another repeat, etc.

Thus, by using the Pythagorean method of reduction, again he discovered a pattern. This pattern is 417. It is the second frequency. The rest of the frequencies were found using the same method.

The secret meanings of the ancient syllables

As you already know, the syllables used to denote the tones are:
Ut, Re, Mi Fa, Sol, La.
They were taken from the first stanza of the hymn to St. John the Baptist:

Ut queant laxis Resonare fibris
Mira gestorum Famuli tuorum
Solve polluti Labii reatum
Sancte Iohannes

Literal translation from Latin:

“In order that the slaves might resonate (resound) the miracles (wonders) of your creations with loosened (expanded) vocal chords. Wash the guilt from (our) polluted lip. Saint John.”

In other words, so people could live together in peace and communicate in harmony about the miracle in their lives, and how God blessed them to produce this “magic”, people’s true unpolluted spiritual natures required revelation.

The above text seems to suggest that Solfeggio notes open up a channel of communication with the Divine.

Each syllable was thoroughly studied by Dr. Puleo and other professional researchers. David Hulse, a sound therapy pioneer with over 40 years of experience, described the tones as the following:

UT – 396 Hz – turning grief into joy, liberating guilt & fear
RE – 417 Hz – undoing situations & facilitating change
MI – 528 Hz – transformation & miracles, repairing DNA
FA – 639 Hz – relationship, connecting with spiritual family
SOL – 741 Hz – expression/solutions, cleaning & solving
LA – 852 Hz – returning to spiritual order

Why the modern world forgot about them

The Solfeggio frequencies were lost because throughout history different tuning applications have been used. Ancient tuning practices used a system of tuning known as “Just Intonation.”

The method of Just Intonation featured pure intervals between every note that were mathematically related by ratios of small whole numbers leading to a much purer sound.

The tuning practice adopted for western cultures from about the 16th century and used today is known as “Twelve-Tone Equal Temperament”.

According to Joachim Ernst-Berendt, the 12-Tone Equal Temperament mistunes all consonant intervals except the octave. Our modern scale can create situations such ‘boxed-in’ thinking, stuffed and suppressed emotions, fear-based or lack consciousness, all of which then tend to manifest into physical symptoms called ‘dis-ease’ or disease.

Our modern day musical scale is out of sync when compared with the original Solfeggio scale. If we want to bring harmony in our lives, we need to replace the dissonant western scale with a web of subtle and clear intervallic relationships of the Solfeggio music.

Let the music become once again a tool to raise human nature and a method to connect you with the Source.

Your secret key to the Universe

Nikola Tesla, the great genius and father of electromagnetic engineering, had once said,

“If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would hold a key to the universe”. The 3, 6, and 9 are the fundamental root vibrations of the Solfeggio frequencies.

Albert Einstein stated:

“Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.” All matter beings vibrate at specific rates and everything has its own melody. The musical nature of nuclear matter from atoms to galaxies is now finally being recognized by science.

ICAC says it is alleged the payments were made ''purportedly for the provision of media, public relations and other services and advice'' in return for which Mr Hartcher ''favored the interests of Australian Water Holdings''.

In March 2012 Mr Di Girolamo registered as a lobbyist with the NSW Parliament via his company Westin Strategic Consulting. Kores was its sole client.

Politicians likewise invent their own truth.

One of the primary complaints of the new Common Core standards for Language arts is that it radically reduces student “facility with language” (in the words of Sandra Stotsky).

That is, it systematically removes the study of all kinds of literature, replacing it with “informational text.” A look at the Sherlock Holmes story, “The Blue Carbuncle” will give us an example, just one of many of the reductive impact on student thinking, on the very ability to think, in fact.

The average adult in today’s society already accepts whatever he is told, never glancing beyond the surface or examining the method by which any given story is told. The imposition of Common Core will turn everyone into robotic, work-place laborers with no danger of having an original thought.

“The Blue Carbuncle” is a Sherlock Holmes story in which the intrepid detective discovers the identity of the thief who stole the blue stone and under pressure of discovery, forced the stone down the gullet of the Christmas goose which had been given to him by his sister. The thief loses track of the goose, confusing its identity among the flock, and the sister unwittingly sells the goose containing the stone. That goose then ends up in Holmes’ kitchen where his cook finds the stone in the goose’s crop.

The story gets more interesting from a language/rhetoric view point when one realizes the origin of the word “carbuncle.”

Today it is used to refer to a large pus filled sore, basically a boil. The meaning in Holmes’ day, now considered obsolete, is a cabochoned, or rounded rather than faceted, shape. To understand how we get from gem stone to boil, one only needs to know that the word “carbuncle” comes from the Latin “carbunculus” meaning a small glowing ember, the diminutive of coal.

The carbuncle gem, according to Encyclopedia Britannica, was a cabochoned gem of almandine which is a garnet containing iron and aluminum, making the carbuncle a brilliant, deep red. However, garnets come in a wide variety of colors, depending on the mineral content.

"There is no GAS shortage in NSW! We have plenty of natural gas" say the Githabul Rainforest people.

AGL is chasing a 20.3 per cent increase for customers in the greater Sydney region and inland NSW.

The ACT retailer, Actew AGL is proposing an 18.6 per cent increase for the NSW/ACT border areas while Origin Energy is proposing 20.1 per cent for the southwestern regions of NSW.

 

"As a father and concerned citizen of NSW, it morally wrong that AGL and Origin Energy can propose a 21.1% increase for struggling families in the southwestern region of NSW." says Trevor Close, CEO of the Githabul Nation Aboriginal Corporation

There should be no GAS price increases in NSW! The Githabul people are happy to share GAS resources will people in NSW in the spirit of reconcilliation to get the great state of NSW off dependency from buying GAS interstate. At the moment NSW produces only 5% of its domestic gas consumption.

Githabul engaged Energy Quest from Malaysia to do a study on the Clarence Morton Basin water aquifers and look at Gas deposits, to keep the elders informed of the process.

Mr Close said:

“the study results were quite remarkably positive as the geological structure is similar to the Sabah geological structure where Shell and Petronas have made good returns for the natives of Sabah."

Shell and Petronas have the Bintulu Plant at Sabah, which has been a remarkable success story and the business model being adopted.

For the custodians of the land, profit models from geological experts, is not enough to get the community behind resources projects. They have committed a great deal of time to work with investors and gas companies prepared to find solutions that respect the land that will provide current and future benefit for the community through a Githabul trust fund.

Githabul Nation has decided to farm in with Metgasco and try and deliver some long term employment opportunities for the Bundjalung People on the far North Coast.

This is another example of the people being sold out by certain members  of their communities who are supposed to stand up for culture.   It is clear this is happening with all the mobs all over Australia and Papua New Guinea including Tasmania.

Back in 2012 a group of Githabul people met to say they apposed the mining and the people doing this  and said they do not represent the people.

A GITHABUL tribal meeting was held in Woodenbong last Friday amid concerns 1120 square km of land under Native Title could be mined for coal seam gas.

About 30 members of the nation voted to call for an extraordinary meeting of the Githabul Nation Aboriginal Corporation (GNAC) to get some answers.

 Elder Gloria Williams alleged without reservation that secret deals were struck with the Githabul Nation Aboriginal Corporation and the filthy mining companies.  This was all done  without any consent of the rest of us mob.

"Everyone is in agreement.  We don't want coal seam gas," she said.  "We need to ask the directors  where they stand on this matter."

Githabul Elder Gloria Williams and other Githabul Elders and tradional custodians / members are calling for the directors of this entity Githabul Nation Aboriginal Corporation to turn up the meeting  in Woodenbong on Friday .  The timing of this on top of the season where there is no one is in any government offices is more than ironic.

Today a meeting of Githabul Elders re-convened in Casino and were up in arms about the media release by Trevor Close self appointed trouble maker for the First people of this land. 

This is not the end of this situation by far because all mobs across this land are all in the same boat. 

Now it is time to join the woman up across the land and we need to hit this head on with these gigantic corporations and lead from the woman of this  land -- we are all indigenous of this land, we were all born here and we love this country and stand for culture before profit ... As mothers it is our job to preserve the ability to procreate and we should not stand for our children being poisoned by incremental poisoning of all of Australia's Underground sacred water basins which leech into our precious water ways and rivers and water sheds and catchment areas.

Happy Birthday to my Mum and Dad

 Fancy having a mother and father who are born on the same day and you don't get to know either of them real well.  I can attest to the fact that it is weird.   The entire disconnection thing playing out continually all around me including my own children who seem to not be concerned with their behaviour around me.

 Leaving the care of both of parents at around four months of age, it is to be expected that I won't know that much about them.

 I was reared by older extended family and was largely kept out of the way and out of the picture and it was really foreign having so many brothers and sisters but not really having them.   Being unable to talk about my "real" family when I was in Edith's care was a very confusing way of life.  It was thwart with emotional  and physical abuse.  This continued for the 12 years I was under her care.  This treatment made it difficult for me to understand why I was even on the planet, I could not understand as a child why I was even born. 

That was a question I asked many times during my lifetime, usually when I get to that point and I ask out loud to the universe the whole situation seems to lighten and change and move around. 

So this is how it is in my life.   I must be mindful of my loud ways and continue on.   My quest for the planet has never changed since my teen age years.  This is the time when I was kept in the care of the government as a ward of the state of Queensland.   I was placed in children's homes.  Seven children's homes in fact and that meant seven high schools too. 

What hope did I really have of completing the full education?   I would have loved to have done this though and today I still love to study.

It is my parents birthday!   I am led to ponder what it might have been.  What it would have been like to grow up in a real family situation.  What would it have been like to have had all my brothers and sisters around me.  What would it have been like having a father who wasn't rendered permanently disabled by paraplegia.  What would it have been like if my mum did not leaving us all behind?  

It was not her fault she had to leave us.  There was no real way to feed six tiny children and cloth them.  Things were very different back in the 1950's and 1960's.  

Later on, in the Nineteen sixty's we certainly saw a complete about face with government policy.  But, sadly it was already too late for our family.

We have to pull out the Stops on SANTOS in the Pilliga Forest NSW

Right now I am resting on waiting for a miracle to happen and an injunction made and a stoppage of work by Mining giant SANTOS.  (South Australian Northern Territory Oil Search).    I desire this to happen as a matter of urgency for the survival of humanity as a collective.

There are many who come to this fight with their own agenda's and reasons why and  I know that my entire perspective on the situation is vastly different to the average joe out there.  Not to matter.  I want Santos gone yesterday.  Below was in my email box and there is a link here to go and sign the petition and help with funds too if you can.  We need to get elders to meetings urgently to meet with Santos in Five major towns out west!

I want to have chooks so I love all of these contraptions to house them there are only the limits of your imagination.

This looks very cook but costs quite a bit but it is well put together though.

If you deal in TRUTH what I am saying here now will resonate strongly with you. You will know. The enemy (mining and govt) will stop at nothing to avert this inevitable change that is coming. Turning family against family and friend against friend and neighbor against neighbour.

They will poison peoples minds the same way as they poison the Rivers and catchment areas and basins.

It is a fallacy to believe we will destroy the Earth, we can't.  That isn't how it happens --- If we continue the way we are we will destroy our ability to live on the earth, but we will not destroy the earth, she will regenerate, something can never become nothing.

If you want the Mining companies to leave then simply see them going,  stand on the planet where you are and take back your true power and feel her energy.  This is love energy.

There are insane people who wish to rule the world.   They wish to continue to rule the world on violence and repression and we are all the victims of that violence and repression.

We, as the indigenous people of the western hemisphere (USA area) have been resisting this violence and this oppression for five hundred years.   We know that the black people have been resisting it for at least that long and we know that the white people had to endure it thousands of years, and now it's come full swing to this generation that we live in.  

Nuclearization of the world. 

See we cannot allow this to continue to go on.   We cannot do it.  See we cannot expect that the pro-nuclear oppressor - that other side, we cannot expect that they're going to change for us.   They are going to become more brutal they're going to become more repressive because it's a matter of dollars and their illusionary concepts of power.

We have to reestablish our identity.  We have to understand who we are and where we fit in the natural order of the world because our oppressor deals in illusions

They tell us that it is power, but it is not power.  They may have all the guns and they may have all the racist laws in judge's and they may control all the money But that is not power,  these are imitations of power and they are only power because in our minds we allow it to be power.

Imitation Power

But it's all an imitation. Racism and violence, racism and guns, economics the brutality of the American corporate state way of life is nothing more than violence and repression and it has nothing to do with power, it is brutality.  It is a lack of a sane balance.

The people who have created this system and who perpetuate this system, they are out of balance.  They have made us out of balance.  They have come into our minds and come into our hearts and they have programmed us because we live in this society they have put us out of balance.   Because we are out of balance, we no longer have the power to deal with them.

They have conquered us as a natural power, See we are power, they deal in violence and repression.   We are power we are part of the natural world all the things that the natural world are a natural part of the creation and feed off the energy of our sacred mother earth.

We are power.

My Tribal name is Goolabeen. I am a fully Initiated Law and Medicine Woman of the Alleyerwere Tribe of Utopia from the Central Desert. But I am better and more widely known as Auntie Bev particularly in the Jails of NSW, where I have just retired after 29 years working with Aboriginal prisoners – being there for them 24/7 as an Elder, an Aboriginal Art and Culture teacher, suicide Counsellor and Mental health Worker.

As I was born here in Woy Woy 78 years ago, I speak as an Elder of the Darkinoong Tribe from the Central Coast of N.S.W. And today, I speak on behalf of all Central Coast Aboriginal women with the support of the Aboriginal men and of many non-Aboriginal people who know of the importance of preserving the Sacred Aboriginal Dreaming Track.

A New Zealand company ‘Rocla Sandmining’ is planning to build a mine on an Aboriginal Women’s Fertility Rites Songline and Teaching Place. This Songline is part of the Sacred Dreaming Track, and its destruction would destroy with it tens of thousands of years of Aboriginal heritage.

Her Majesty’s NSW Government has approved the company to go ahead with their stage 4 extension, which comprises a massive 30 metre deep hole gouged out of the ground that will take our Sacred Sites out completely.

My mission is to make all Australians aware of how significant this loss would be – to help them fully understand the Cultural importance of this site, and why it must not be destroyed by Rocla Sandmining Company or Her Majesty’s Government of N.S.W.

I, as an Initiated woman, wish to explain the importance of this site so that all Australians can understand how important it is for this site to be preserved and not destroyed – as Rocla Sand Mining intends to do.

• I first ask for your respect and acknowledgement of the existence and importance of our Black History in white Australia.

• Secondly, I would like it acknowledged that Black history and culture is recorded and taught in ways that are different from the White Fellas ways, but are no less important to its people.

White Australia has The Mitchell Library, given funded and maintained by the government, to house all your important papers, records, books, events, stories and artifacts.  At the Mitchell Library, all your White History is kept safe from vandalism, kept safe for posterity.

We, the original custodians of this land, had no paper, pens or writing equipment like yours to record our history on. Instead, back then, we used our recall, our memory to re-tell our stories and the law, and to re-sing our songs of what came before us, what needed to be passed down, carried on, down through time for posterity – just like the white man’s way.

Our people also had the dedication and patience to carve those stories and laws into hard rock platforms, to build entire sites that record our history, our culture and our stories – where we hoped they would be preserved for posterity.

Every symbol or line we carved may have taken months to complete, but how else were we to permanently record – for our children, and their children – the stories, the law and the history of the original custodians of the land? And this area is full of such sites.

Famous French Archeologist Jean Clottes viewed some of these rock platforms when visiting the area, and said

“This area of the Central Coast has the greatest diversity of Rock Art in the world that I have ever seen”

This diversity is part of what Rocla Sand mines want to destroy –

• part of our Dreaming track 
• an important Song-line  
• the Women's Fertility Rites Teaching Place.

This Dreaming Track goes right around Australia through every tribal country, and is a common space which all can use to walk, hunt and gather, visit relatives, attend important meetings and participate in special Sacred Ceremonies. It has very great significance in telling our History, how we lived here as Hunters and Gatherers, as custodians of the land, how we evolved, and what roles we played in life.

The Dreaming Track must never be broken. Its ancient history cannot be lost. It is our Mitchell Library, And like yours, it must be saved for posterity. Lose it and it is gone forever... And that would be a shameful blight on the history of this land.

The Women’s Fertility Rites Songline and Teaching Place is complex and includes many ceremonial aspects that Her Majesty’s NSW Government and Rocla Mining Company have failed to acknowledge.

Aboriginal history is drawn on the rock platforms, painted in the caves and told by the stone arrangements we left in this area – and all over Australia – to tell our stories.

We also told and sung our stories orally. Called Song-lines, these were learnt by the boys and the girls as they grew up and were old enough to go through ceremony.

Each Song-line is part of the Dreaming Track, the sacred rites of passage for Aboriginal people. That is why the whole of the story, the whole of the Song-line, and the whole of the Dreaming Track, must be preserved and re-told.

As the Elders and Women of High Degree, we taught every young girl Initiate our Sacred Oral History, word for word, brush stroke by brush stroke, just as we had been taught, so that they in turn could also pass it down to their children as it had been passed down to them by. This was important Ceremonial practice, our way of passing our History down through the ages. This was part of our Great Survival Pattern.

The special Song-line of the Women's Fertility Rites part of the Dreaming Track was very important to the young female initiates as they 'passed through' from girlhood to womanhood. This was their Learning Place, the place they were sung the story of the Women's Fertility Rites and painted up (by way of explanation) to be put through their first initiation to become a Woman – following in the tradition of their Grandmothers, and their Grandmothers before them.

The Women’s Fertility Rites is a big step for a 12 year old girl. This was how we taught the women to survive through birth out in the bush, with nothing but nature and our knowledge. We didn’t have any of your hospitals and clinics and Women's Centres, just nature, the ancient knowledge of our ancestors and our instinct for survival.

The Sacred linear stone arrangement that points the way to the learning place must also be acknowledged by the Initiate. It shows her Respect to the Woman of High Degree, the Keeper of the story of the Women's Fertility Rites.

Next stop in the Songline was at the junction of the 3 Creeks. (Marked A, B and C on the map of the site). This was where the women sat and ground and sharpened their tools on the rock beside the creeks. Here, they sung the story of the Women's Fertility Rites Songline, while the painters of the story painted up the Initiate to show the story being told.

When the painting of the initiate was finished, she was then taken by the older women to the special rock engraving of ‘The Woman of High Degree’. She stands with her arms high and is cut with special incisions to show the many times she was initiated – and the special status that she holds.

She is likened to the Male Kadartchitta Man, or Clever Fella, who also is of High degree and is held in great respect by all Tribes. The Woman of High Degree is shown with very full breasts, which denotes that the woman is the main nurturer of the Tribe.

She will feed any who needs her nourishment for as long as it is needed. This, again, is a practice of Survival. The Woman of High Degree’s feet are turned outward, which represents that she is the teacher and the keeper of this special Women's Fertility Rites story.
She is saying

"Stop, Look, and Listen well"!

... And remember what you are being taught here today by your Elders”. This is what is expected of you as you go through your initiation to become a Woman.

Beside the figure of the Woman of High Degree is another symbolic creature, the Koala. Very special to our Women, we are not allowed to eat the Koala. She is the symbol of great motherhood and how a mother should care for her children. The baby koala hangs from her mother until it is far too heavy to do so any longer. The koala never lets that baby out of her sight.

And so it is expected of the new Aboriginal mother to care like this for her offspring.

The last important feature of this site is a large figure of Durramulan (Sacred spirit) shown in his special head-wear, pointing to the very special Sacred Women's site – which his wife (in Emu form) also guards.

By the end of the ceremony, initiates are taken away by the Special Women who are in charge of the initiation and “Put Through”. They then stay with the Special Women for a year, where they are taught all about marriage and what that entails in our culture. At the end of that year, when the initiate turns 13, they are then given in marriage to the man that has been chosen for them.

As you can see, the Women’s Fertility Rites is a very important time for our young women and an integral part of my people’s culture. The sacred site that has hosted these rites for thousands of years, and witnessed the passage of generations of women before me, must be protected from the threat of mining. It is essential that this Sacred dreaming track and its Songline never gets lost or destroyed. The Sacred history of my people must be preserved.

We, the Elders, still take our daughters and nieces to this Special Women's Fertility Rites site, and even though they may not choose to go through this ceremony today, they show respect for the Women's law, its history, and its ancient ancestry.

Well, we used to take them and visit this Sacred site… until Rocla Sand Mining and the NSW Government decided last year that Aboriginal Women could no longer visit their Sacred Place.

THIS UPSET US VERY MUCH, BEING STOPPED FROM VISITING OUR ANCIENT SACRED SITE.

It reminded us of the time they took our Languages from us and never let us speak it again for fear of punishment.

IT IS NOT RIGHT THAT HER MAJESTY’S NSW GOVERNMENT ALLOWS A COMPANY TO STOP THE DARKINOONG AND THE GURINGAI PEOPLE FROM PRACTICING ITS ANCIENT CULTURE.

IT IS NOT RIGHT THAT A NEW ZEALAND COMPANY DESTROYS OUR SACRED SITES SO IT CAN TAKE OUR LAND’S RESOURSES FOR PROFIT.

The Women’s Fertility Rites Songline and Teaching Place, the carving of ‘The Woman of High Degree’, the Sacred linear stone arrangement, the junction of the 3 Creeks, the figure of Durramulan … the sacred archaeology of this entire area must be preserved, and its Black History respected.

AUSTRALIA IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE COUNTRY OF THE ‘FAIR GO.....

SO WE ASK ROCLA SANDMINING AND HER MAJESTY’S NSW GOVERNMENT TO GIVE US, THE DARKINOONG AND THE GURINGAI PEOPLE, THE SOVEREIGN CARETAKERS OF THIS LAND, A FAIR GO TOO!

Government Corruption over Coal Dust particle levels.

Each day we examine papers, emails, correspondence where we can to keep up with the collusion of government with the mining sector and the involvement of other industries with this.

Yesterday Glen Shaefer via the Hunter Community Environment Centre discovered some huge inconsistencies and a systemic cover up by a detailed examination of   the figures regarding the coal dust particulates and  emissions. 

The Freedom of Information act gives us all access to these emails.   The HCEC carefully sieved through methodically noting the inconsistencies.  HCEC spokesman James Whelan says the documents show the EPA prepared a draft press statement that stated the coal trains did not increase pollution before the agency received the monitoring results.

''There has been a systematic cover-up that warrants a parliamentary inquiry,'' Dr Whelan said.

 ''The documents demonstrate a public relations effort of deception and spin to conceal the extent and nature of pollution caused by uncovered trains.''

Luke Foley who is the opposition Environment spokesperson has noted the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) is more concerned with colluding with the polluters than protecting the communities and their health concerns.

''If the minister has unknowingly misled the Parliament as a result of false advice from the EPA, she must correct the record immediately,'' Mr Foley said. ''And she needs to put a broom through the EPA.''

Then there was the  inevitable statement made by Environment Minister Robyn Parkin  which says she stands by the figures and that the  statements were made on the latest advice of her departments.

EPA chief executive Barry Buffier had an identical approach to Parkin and funnily enough he takes the same tac and also  stands by all EPA statements that have been released concerning the  covering of coal wagons.   

An independent expert, Professor Louise Ryan of UTS is reviewing all of the data and this report is also due to be released later in February this year.

A statewide campaign to cover up these coal trucks has been initiated by ordinary people who are seriously concerned with the health impacts people are made to endure.  They want these wagons covered up.  

This will cost these colluding companies a lot of money they never wanted to spend.  Why? 

Because they do not give a dam about peoples health in reality.  This same "in your face" attitude is reigning through all of the mining industry at present in this country.  Ordinary people who pay taxes are not listened to over large company profit margins.

The documents that were viewed clearly show the EPA had prepared a very premature media statement in advance before the results of the studies were viewed by Professor Wayne Smith of the NSW Health Department and before his report was prepared. 

 The drama has ensued over  coal trains that haul tonnes of coal in uncovered wagons from Hunter Valley mines to the Newcastle port.   They are licensed polluters.  This is the  federally owned Australian Rail Track Corporation.

The Mystery of Daath

In the branch of Jewish mysticism known as Kabbalah, Da'at is the location (the mystical state) where all ten sephirot in the Tree of Life are united as one.

In Da'at, all sephirot exist in their perfected state of infinite sharing. The three sephirot of the left column that would receive and conceal the Divine Light, instead share and reveal it.

Since all sephirot radiate infinite self-giving Divine Light, it is no longer possible to distinguish one sephira from another, thus they are one.

Da'at is not always depicted in representations of the sefirot, and could in a sense be considered an "empty slot" into which the gem of any other sefirot can be placed.

Properly, the Divine Light is always shining, but not all humans can see it. The concealment or revelation of the Divine Light shining through Da'at does not actually happen in Da'at itself.

It only seems that way from the human perspective within Malkuth. The perception of change can only occur in Malkuth.

Humans who become self-giving like the Light become able to see it, and for them the benefits of Da'at's light seem "revealed". However, humans who remain selfish cannot see it, and for them its benefits seem "hidden".  Wikipedia
