A faulty product be pushed onto the unsuspecting public. It reminds me of the questionnaire the schools used for the safe children check. On the same line in the same sentence you were to answer yes or no to whether you had had sex offense or drug charges. With such ambiguity, what is one answering yes or no to exactly, and these mobile drug tests are the same. They are throwing up false positives and the government continues to peddle this. Because of that fact alone - its not about safety of the public on public roads, its about revenue raising how ever which way they can and this will back fire on the Government in the end and cost taxpayers.
