“Every known illness is associated with a magnesium deficiency” and that, “magnesium is the most critical mineral required for electrical stability of every cell in the body.

That quote was by ~ Dr. Norman Shealy ~

Magnesium 21mg5%
Magnesium deficiency is very often misdiagnosed by the so called health professionals.  This is because the mineral Magnesium isn't overly evident in any blood serum tests.   The reason for this is  less that 1% of the body's magnesium is stored in the bloodstream.  So, consequently the doctor doesn't order up the magnesium status when doing routine tests and the deficiency goes unchecked.

Magnesium deficiency is responsible for so many cases of ill health.  It is also responsible for a society of people with a bunch of absolutely curious diseases and chronic illnesses of all types.

Magnesium plays a role in the electrical connectivity of all of our cells.  Our own personal magneto.  Not unlike the earths magnetosphere.  When the system is out of balance the body attempts to re align itself by drawing from other places to make up the numbers while the body is or has been under stress caused from a myriad of factors.  This is alright every now and again but it is NEVER to be the norm. because the body's defense crash, and they burn over taxed and under paid (fed),

What starts off as a tiny thing will escalate into disease states because of a lack of magnesium.  Patients go to doctors with some very vague types of symptoms which are hurriedly remedied with out thought by the doctor with a medication of some type.  Say the patient arrives with sleep issues, the doctor prescribes a medication to help sleep come.  The missing part of the diagnosis was realizing that the sleep disturbances were highly likely to have been initiated by a severe lack of magnesium.

The foods that we eat are denatured and the water is not rich in magnesium or any of the other vital minerals for health.  The pharmaceutical companies make huge profits from people taking medications that further drive down the levels of magnesium and push the body into further and deeper ill health.  Some of which could have been totally avoided with a supplement of magnesium.

Children suffer greatly today in a society that sees no problems with giving children endless sugar in the forms of lollies, sweet drinks (even juices) and foods high in sugars because they are processed foods which are also very chemically laden with preservatives.  This is a recipe for disaster on many levels. It usually manifests itself with the person having issues in society.

The child is labelled as bad or naughty, cant sit still, has a short attention span, is easily annoyed and aggravated by tiny things with very little tolerance for work and a high degree of belligerence in attitude.   This manifests in issues with peers at school or with teachers and or parental discipline with an increasing inability to cope or adapt.  The thirst and hunger status drives this to levels where crime can also be committed due to the brain malfunctioning and not being able to think clearly.

The lists of ailments are so lengthy that respond to magnesium, I am not going to elaborate too much here as this is a story on magnesium and it is meant to drive you to look further for yourself into the 12 cell salts or minerals that are vital for life and of which magnesium is one.

I take magnesium because I get cramps sometimes in my knees, not a spasm type. It is an ache or vague feeling of uncomfortability in my leg joints.  I get tingly fingers at odd times and when I menstruated I had severe cramps (now post menopause) and as a child I did commando hits on the cupboard to heist the salt shaker and go and hide and lick salt.  (Something that got me in lots of trouble) but I was craving it and I was 2 years old or three maybe, I remember this very clearly though.

It always fascinated me that I did this salt thing.  I also craved dirt and would eat the dirty newspaper from under the lino if left unchecked.  I also remember doing this while still crawling.  This is how far back my memories reach.  I think that part is fantastic as I have many many more clear memories of me as a baby.   All of which have been checked and double checked as authentic.

A good place to start with the learning is with this article on Magnesium which I have linked HERE.
This details the explicit nature of magnesium in all of its absolute glory.  It is very well written.
Magnesium rich foods are important.  I see FOOD as MEDICINE so it is important to look at the foods with this mineral involved to help fix the body's imbalances.  Let the food to the talking I say.  Since we are an alchemical factory in our stomachs and all through our digestive system, it stands to reason that we should let the good doctor inside take the first shot at this.
