CELL SALTS

Quartz
This was a healing method that was first instigated by the famous  Dr. med. Wilhelm Schuessler of Germany. In 1852 he studied medicine in Paris, then in Berlin.   He completed his medical degree in Giessen.  He studied another 3 semesters in Prague before returning to Oldenburg.

What is healing with Cells Salts?

There are distinct differences between Schuessler’s mineral salts and the standardized Homoeopathic remedies.  Standard Homoeopathy makes use of substances which can be foreign to the body (sometimes poisonous) whilst the biochemical mineral cell salt therapy utilizes the basic building blocks that are common to the human body [and not poisonous].

In conjunction with this biochemical method of healing Dr. Schuessler diagnosed via facial diagnostics.

Dr Schuessler said:
“My healing therapy balances disturbances which come about through agitation of inorganic substances in the human body, by means of similar substances. Homoeopathy reaches its purpose of healing indirectly through different substances.”
The 12 salts are essential to the health and to the growth and function of the body. These salts are grouped in fours;

Phosphates / Chlorides / Sulphates / Fluorides (also Silica).

Individual Cell Salts also go by various synonyms.

Calcium Ph
osphate goes by Calcium Phosphorus, Calcarea Phosphorica, Calcium Phosphoricum, Calc Phos.

Calcium Fl
uoride: Calcarea Fluor, Calc Fluor, Ca Fl, Calcarea Fluorica.

Calcium Sulphate: Calcium Sulfur, Calcarea Sulphuricum, also Calcarea Sulphurica, Calcarea Sulphur, Calcarea Sulph, Calc Sulph.

Ferrum Ph
osphoricum: Ferrum Phosphate, Ferrum Phos, Ferrum Ph.

Kali Mur
iaticum, Kali Mur, Potassium Chloride.

Kali Ph
osphorica: Kali Phos, Potassium Phosphate.

Kali Sulph
uricum: Kali Sulphur, Kali Sulfur, Potassium Sulphate.

Magnesium Phos
: Magnesia Phosphorica, Magnesium Phosphoricium, Magnesium Phosphorus, Magnesia Phos, Magnesium Phosphate, Magnesium Phos, Mag Phos, Mag Phos, Mg Ph.

Natrum Mur
iaticum: Natrum Mur, Sodium Chloride (remember this is the mineral,
not the processed with chemicals table salt and is not only safe for those who
need to avoid salt, but is beneficial for those with sodium imbalances.

Natrum Ph
osphoricum: Natrum Phosphorus, Nat Phos, Nat Ph.

Natrum Sulph
uricum: Natrum Sulphur, Natrum Sulphate, Nat Sulfur.

Silicea: Silica.
SIGNS OF DEFICIENCIES
The Calcium Cell Salts are important for bone and dental health, and skin healing.
Calcium Phosphate is the Cell Salt for growth and health of the bones.
Deficiency symptoms include aching pains, growing pains, bone ailments.
Calcium Fluoride is the Cell Salt for problems with the surface of bones and skin.
A much safer source of fluoride than supplemental fluoride.
Deficiency symptoms include poor dental enamel; spider and varicose veins.
Calcium Sulphate deficiency symptoms include acne and other skin problems,
slow healing wounds, abscesses, swollen glands, negativity, apathy.
The Potassium Cell Salts are important for emotional health.
Deficiency symptoms include nervousness, anxiety, mental confusion.
Kali Mur deficiency symptoms include colds, sinus inflammation,
arthritis inflammation, lack of energy and interest.
Kali Phosphate deficiency symptoms include anxiety, irritability.
poor memory and physical fatigue.
Kali Sulphate corrects the functioning of oils in the body. Deficiency symptoms
show up as dryness and in the later stages of inflammation including acne and
intestinal disorders. Mental symptoms include worry and lack of judgment.
The 3 Sodium Cell Salts balance fluids and water in the body and support the functioning of the kidneys, pancreas, stomach and digestive system.
Natrum Mur helps with edema, headache, weakness in the sun or heat,
chronic sinus conditions.
Natrum Phosphate is for complaints of the digestive system. Take right before
meals for improved digestion. Deficiency symptoms include acidity, indigestion.
Natrum Sulphate for strengthening pancreatic functioning.
Ferrum Phosphate is the oxygenating Cell Salt, so remember for physical fatigue.
Useful for inflammation, fever, and infection.
Magnesium Phosphate is found inside the cells of muscles and nerves. Deficiency symptoms include muscle pain, muscle fatigue, muscle spasms.

Silicea is the hair and skin remedy. Deficiency includes excess perspiration,
unhealthy skin, brittle nails and hair.  from Homeopathy for healing

Silica - Silicon dioxide - Silica is most commonly found in nature as quartz and is good for wound healing and to avoid slackening of the skin.
Silica is the trace mineral that is related to strong, healthy connective tissue. [the muscles, tendons, hair, nails, cartilage and bone, and ultimately, healthy skin].
Natural sources in our diet include leeks, green beans, strawberries, cucumber, mango, celery, asparagus and rhubarb. Other yummy sources include cereals, apples, raw cabbage, carrots, cucumber, pumpkin, oats, honey, fish, unrefined grains, almonds and oranges.
If your diet is lacking in Silica, or if you’re suffering from a deficiency, it can result in slackening of the skin and impaired wound healing. It can also mean weak nails and dull, brittle and fine hair.

Conversely, if your diet is sufficient in silica, you should enjoy great skin, thick, shiny hair and strong nails, among other things.
FURTHER to the use of cell salts

Due to the minuteness of cells, the best way to replenish any deficiency is via micro-nutrients that go directly to the cells that are depleted.

Tinctures from the salts are useful because they are easily absorbed this way into the body, helping the salts to go directly into the bloodstream without expelling vital energy digesting / processing the micro-nutrient cell salts.

The 12 salts are attributed to the month of the year and to the corresponding astrological sign of that month.
