Cocus Palms

Now there has to be some purpose to these annoying palm trees and there annoying seed pod bat attracting flowers, leaving a fermenting mess.

Alas I can't find any and the bats make it worse.  We did the gardening today at Kathy's near the pool and shaded the new vegetable seedlings with palm fronds to give them some reprieve in the hot afternoon sun.

The only way is to be vigilant with the flowers.
