Above the links shows a young constable being a general pain in the arse, it is illegal for cars to move as horses cross the bridge anywhere in Australia. The constable needed to fine every car that passed Mick and the other guys on the bridge today
Idle threats by those carrying badges, go back and check those rule books boys. If they wanted to issue fines they would have had to issue one to every car that continued onto the bridge whilst the horse was on it.
That's why they sent *Procon, it's like sending the apprentice to borrow a left hand screwdriver.
