A statue of Maggie is being planned for Grantham, her home town in Britain, however, they cannot seem to settle on whereabouts to place the statue. There are great fears it will be the subject of much vandalism. Sir Isaac Newton was also from Grantham and there is a statue of him on St Peters Hill.
Any way safe journey Margaret, you deserve that like all of us, unlike your award for your poetry. Mrs Thatcher was clearly a very up your self child and it showed by the way you were hated on while in power. Most found your politics did a lot of harm to ordinary people.
Before launching into politics, Maggie was a scientist. She was noteworthy as being the person who invented soft serve ice-cream.
