Jacobs Ladder

How does Jacobs Ladder figure in our lives today?  This is what I hope to explain.  It shows me that there are levels of consciousness and it appears as a ladder

What we don't see is responsible for what we do see!  If we train our minds to seeing things outside of the rational mind, then a whole new universe opens up to us.  There are so many wonderful things to see here and experience.

I read somewhere this analogy of the universe and how the Universe was a great being and man was a miniature universe.   This idea of seeing the universe this way has faded under the pressure of everyone and their busy little material lives they deem important today.  

Losing touch with the rhythm of the cycles and the wheels within the wheels and the cogs within the cogs and everything running smoothly just as it should.  This is no mistake as we are all  a part of something greater and it is apart of us and we belong so intricately together.

The ladder is the most ancient symbol and it appears many times all throughout the many cultures of the world . We find it also in fairy tales in the story of Jack and Bean Stork.

Jacobs ladder  has seven rungs.  There is a scale of 7 sounds, these setting up the frets of the octave. It is a palette of 7 colours and various others septinaries  to be found in the material tangible world.  

The seven senses of the human being and the seven psychic powers  built upon the orbits of the planets in the divine realms above.  In total conjunction with the energies of the 7 major planets 

The initiation rites a disciple participated in had seven initiations where which the initiate accended the ladder by over coming the influences of the seven different planets.

This is represented all across the world.  Mohammad and the seven gates.  This is all astronomy.  This is what these gates are.  The Mithra philosophy of the seven steps.  Great houses of parliament and law.  The steps represents seven qualities . 

We have seven vital organs and seven endocrine glands.  This is our internal universe.   The spinal column corresponds to the ancient mystery systems with 33 bones complete. Jesus was said to have lived thirty three years.  Thirty three is also a prominent number.



In Indian philosophy we have the mystery of the seven chakras.  We have also the seven days of creation, the seven yoga's.  The number 7 or 70 is very strong in everything and it cannot be arbitory in all cases.  The octave of elements are as real as the octaves of music. In ancient times it is said there are seven races and seven continents.  The Septinary  still in  running common with every single one of these and surely this is no mistake.

The human has a faculty of seven ways to deal with everything.  Man has the Laws of the Universe to see just how everything needs to take place in reality.    The planets in the sky influence the other planets and each other and everything is influencing everything else and it is all completely purposeful and everything is in perfect harmony and the song is like a choir upon a choir upon another another never ending choir.   We need to look at the 7 principals of cause and effect in everything in the universe.

This begins with the earth where the ladder rests and this corresponds to the spine in mankind and is where the ladder rests.  We are here on a pattern of growth and a transmutation of constant change and the eternal journey is ascension of this ladder or its idea in your mind.
