What is in that window?

We are all given a measure, pressed down, shaken and overflowing.  The measure is birth.  Pressed down is the learning we do while we live. Shaken is what happens to us as we live and experience life. Finally, overflowing is what happens to us when love is the frequency of our very existence.

Each day we have the opportunity to make the very best of this day.  Each day we can window shop on life and take it all in and choose just for today.  Today I will make the best of this day and live it to the fullest according to what is predestined inside of me.  In my DNA I have the capacity to grow.  I will endeavor to correct the vibration just for today, tomorrow will take care of itself and yesterdays raucous off key tunes are over. 

Listen to the heartbeat of the earth for she has a vibration of around 7htz.  It is a continuous pulse just as we pulse.  This pulse is our vibration.  I will continue to go before the sun in the mornings with an expectant heart and ask for my singing voice to return to me.
