- Metgasco took the NSW Government to court for suspending its licence to drill for gas, and Peter Henderson is still whinging about it all. He's not happy with whats going on so far and it as he gropes in the dark for false answers to questions he simply refuses to answer truthfully.
He has shown himself to be a liar though in the eyes of the court as he professed not to know of any community opposition. Police said they were called whenever access was required to the sites. Henderson also said he was unaware Police told him over 2000 protesters were camped at the Bentley drilling site on the Northern Rivers.
The hearing in front of Justice Richard Button continues tomorrow at the Sydney Supreme Court.
