People are celebrating everywhere because of Brians decision to stand for the Senate!

The Stop Csg Party has scored a top candidate in Mr Brian Monk from Kogan outside of Dalby Queensland.  What a top man he is and he is well equipped now to go forward with all of the expert knowledge this man has gained in his fight with BIG GAS over the past few years.

In this image above is Brian, Annette, and Gordon Fraser-Quick with the hat on.  I traveled around with them for a day up at the Tara Gas fields and it was a very shocking but enlightening time.  The reason why Brian is standing for the senate would be because this is where the laws are made and this is where he can have the most impact on this industry.

He has gone as far as he can now fighting the csg industry in his own steam and I guess its time to join forces and take it to them at the big house of politics in Brisbane.

So the announcement from Stop Csg went like this:
We are very proud to present Brian Monk, Lead Federal Parliament Candidate in Queensland for The Senate, The Stop CSG Party. Brian, a farmer on 5000 acres in Kogan, brings a wealth of 'on the ground' experience from the gas fields in Queensland to the Senate ticket.

Brian was quoted as saying,
"Well you will probably be surprised, but I'm sick of having no voice in Government, so here we go.
Coal Seam Gas Mining has been a devastating experience for us, so now we see another chapter in this fight.
Time to tackle this from within. I am proud to be part of the Stop CSG Party and I guess the name explains this fully.  Lets join together and Stop CSG"

TODAY IS ALSO SHELBY'S FIRST BIRTHDAY, Not to forget this special day on the day.  Happy Birthday to you Shelby. xxx
