THIRD STRIKE AND YOU ARE OUT!

Marianne Mackay in Western Australia is a woman  who I am so proud of.  For her to try to stand up to the corruption and the hatred that is evident in the state of Western Australia requires courage.  Courage that I am very high esteem of.  I just hope that she stays safe through this sad situation.  The mining companies very evidently run the governments in every state and also at Federal level.
Two and a half weeks ago reps from the Nyoongar Tent Embassy and supporters staged an action outside the W.A. premiers residence to raise awareness of Colin Barnett's actions of capitalism tryna take James Price Point in the Kimberley and turn it into a gas hub- even though it is significant cultural value as well as having a large number of bilby's dinosaur footprints etc...and they won't heritage list.
Where as we have Cottesloe Beach, a man made beach with modern structures that Barnett wants to heritage list.

PRIORITIES GUNNA SHAME COLIN BARNETT SHAME!

Anyways we wanted to raise awareness with forest rescue and others of how stupid and ignorant the W.A. Premier is to his own people cos he is a Nyoongar himself...which is why we cant understand how he can go against his Bolton heritage....anyways we ended up personally serving documents that rebutted the state govt and the queens claim to our land and sovereignty...with evidence attached to prove our claims-

PREMIER COLIN BARNETT AND THE WA STATE GOVT HAVE FAILED TO RESPOND WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME FRAME...SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??? Round three is on Barnett ROUND THREE
