Masks.

Nut-case, mental case, mad, loopy, off the planet, away with the faeries, these are all names used on the street to describe people with mental health issues and to mask the seriousness of what is going on much deeper within society.

The DSM-IV  has many listings of things that come under this umbrella of mental illness as they see it.   So many that your neighbour and and many of your own family will be someone suffering with a mental illness.  Many of these people will never show any outward signs or symptoms of this.

Depression is on the rise and bi-polar and other anxiety disorders are experienced by so many people that these are considered to be relatively run of the mill.

The difference lies in how all this is treated in the community.  Community now relies on Government intervention to take care of these people and to medicate them with serious drugs.  
These drugs effect and put an end to their emotional life forever.  This happens with a permanent change taking place in the brain by these powerful chemicals in various medications used to treat such illnesses these days.  I see this as very dangerous indeed.  Are all of these people really suffering with such things that need this treatment to numb their emotions completely. 

If you are like me,  which there are not many who are,  you will understand that EMOTION is what is holding this planet together.  Our thoughts are generating a power that has wavelengths that stretch the entire planet and out into the universe.  If half the planet's people goes numb because of this overuse of medication, this will have an effect on the planet. 

It is evident this has occurred in the past. Take for instance when Lady Diana was killed in her accident,  the entire world cried and tests proved the planets resonance was changed temporarily by this occurrence of mass sadness and show of emotion across the planet simultaneously.

So, in saying this, those that cry too much and those that think too much are a very necessary part of the planets vibration and this has to stop with the labels.  The labels are what decreases the persons vibration immediately. Then, so called helping individuals in the hospital system load a synthetic chemical concoction into the brain and nerve centre of your body.  How is this helpful? 

This type of treatment is nothing more than you being uploaded into a program of becoming a cash cow for Big Pharma.  These guys are at the top of the stakes in the money arena, rich beyond compare in monetary terms on your personality.

Signed sealed and delivered, labelled as a mental patient, you become another one of their drones.  You are now under their control forever.  I say forever because you will never ever be the same once these chemicals change your brains chemistry.  You are a resonant human being and this medication on board it has the action of numbing you and it solidifies your connection to the planet through calcifying your pineal gland.  

The one thing people could do for depression illnesses is get much more light into their eyes. Natural light in the early mornings has a marked effect on emotion.  Sunglasses are worn for health and for fashion, this alters the light beams entering the eye.  When this is altered, the chemicals that are generated are altered in their amounts, causing a marked effect on your emotions.  Sleep disorders come from a lifestyle where the light in your life becomes so unbalanced it effects  your brain chemistry once again.   Pills do not have to be used for this.  Light is your best friend, learn about Light.

Mercury comes from the Latin word merx, or mercator, which means merchant. Mercury is the name given by the ancient Romans to the Greek mythological god Hermes.

Mercury is depicted as a male figure having winged sandals and a winged hat, indicating the ability to travel quickly. He was the official messenger of the ancient gods and goddesses and, as such, governed communications.

In 1782, Mercury became the first symbol of the United States' postal service. Today, he is the Icon of an International floral delivery service.

In astrology, Mercury influences travel, literature, poetry, merchants, and thieves. He is cunning and witty at a moment's notice. But he is also recognized as a trickster and prone to misbehavior.

The rays of the sun are streaming information.

The solar sun is a step-down transformer of energy-information from a higher sun, called the Central Sun or, in ancient literature, The Eye of Buddha.  

Cleopatra used to place a magnet on her forehead to stimulate the pituitary to restore her youth and good looks. She didn't know she already had a magnet in her head. Also at dawn, the negatively charged pineal and the positively charged pituitary combine their essences to create a “light in the head” while meditating. In other words today the Federal Members of Parliament are being served orders to do something for the people now.  Today is about taking back the country.

Today we attempt to get action for all of the Csg refugees who are alienated from their land because of Mining and other PEL's being issued hand over fist right across the entire country.  The time for action is now.  I am in Coffs Harbour at 39 Little Street at the office of Luke Hartsuyker the Federal Member for Cowper and will be posting photographs of this action later on in the day here.

Jonathon Moylan - Hero . . .

SAVE THE AREA AROUND KAPUTAR .... it is sacred ground.

 

I find it easy to see him as a hero.  This is the new platform people have to take to fight this corporate tyranny from the levels it has risen to.  Below is an interview with Jonathon himself who says Jail is not as scary as a Coal Mine at Maules Creek is.  He is a hero for the planet.  The planet will take care of him.  He has faith so strong this lad.

SBS reporter Ricardo Goncalves speaks to anti-coal activist Jonathan Moylan who earlier this week issued a media release purportedly from the ANZ Bank withdrawing a $1.2 billion loan to Whitehaven Coal, which is developing a project in Maules Creek in the Gunnedah Basin.
Over the past month, there has been a great deal of talk about why I - a young translator from Newcastle - would risk jail to expose ANZ's investment in Whitehaven's Maules Creek coal project. But a more important verdict is expected to be passed down next Thursday, when the federal Environment Minister, Tony Burke, is tipped to make a decision on the expansion of Idemitsu's Boggabri coalmine and Whitehaven's Maules Creek mine.
For the past few years, Maules Creek farmers have shown a great deal of courage in their attempts to prevent the biggest expansion of the coal industry in NSW. The increase in deadly coal dust, the draw down and potential contamination of the aquifer and loss of thousands of hectares of critically endangered forest threatens farmlands and animals such as koalas, not to mention people.
Rather than requiring the mine to rehabilitate the forest after 21 years, the state government has approved a plan that would leave a final void, or pit lake, that would drain the water table for 1000 years. Those are Whitehaven's calculations, not mine.

The Iroquois people of North America survived by asking how people seven generations ahead would be affected by their actions - but here, hundreds of generations will be affected. The compromise offered by the Maules Creek community, underground mining, was dismissed out of hand by the industry and the Planning Department on the basis that it would not be as profitable.
Most people would have given up and rolled over by now but the community has pushed on. Despite letters, research, submissions, meetings with ministers, rallies and direct action, they failed to receive the attention they deserved. Farmers have found that when a coal or gas company comes knocking on your door wanting to buy your land, you have little choice - if you refuse, the value of your property will plummet and the company can eventually resort to compulsory acquisition.
Over my lifetime, I have seen the world's largest coal export port - my home town of Newcastle - expand rapidly, doubling its output in 15 years, with an accompanying increase in dust, asthma and respiratory illnesses. Current expansions would double coal exports again. It would be irresponsible and irrational for me to do nothing about this. The coal expansion in the Liverpool Plains will directly affect me and my home town.
I joined the Front Line Action on Coal blockade in Leard State Forest because I believed that the Maules Creek community deserves our support. We will curse ourselves in the future if we are too cowardly to meet the challenge of rapid coal mining expansion with the response it requires today. Clicking ''like'' on Facebook will not be enough to save our health, forests, farmlands and climate.
The NSW approval for the Maules Creek mine was given by an unelected committee, the Planning Assessment Commission, which failed to assess cumulative impacts as required by the Director-General of Planning. A convoluted process initiated by the O'Farrell government prevents mine approvals from being challenged on their merits in court. Cut off from a democratic remedy, it is little wonder that communities across NSW and Queensland are standing in front of bulldozers and chaining themselves to gates. And sometimes, as we saw in Felton, Queensland, this month, the community wins.
Whitehaven is a company with political influence that small communities can hardly match. The chairman, Mark Vaile, is a former deputy prime minister and former leader of the Nationals. The main lobbyist, Liam Bathgate, is Barry O'Farrell's former chief of staff and ex-general secretary of the Nationals.

 

The industry as a whole, which employs less than 2 per cent of the population and directly affects larger industries such as agriculture, tourism and manufacturing, has shown its willingness to use its clout to oust the prime minister (remember what happened to Kevin Rudd during the mining tax debacle), silence its opponents and impose its preferred policies whenever its interests are under threat.
This conflict transcends politics and has brought together people from all walks of life. Last week's heatwaves and bushfires have thrown light on a greater threat. Allowing a massive expansion of the coal and gas industries when we need to invest in renewable energy means we are playing dangerous experiments with the Earth's natural systems, which we do not fully understand.
We are living in a dream world if we think that politicians and the business world are going to sort out the problem of coal expansion on their own. History shows us that when power relations are unevenly matched, change always comes from below. Every right we have has come from ordinary people doing extraordinary things and the time to act is rapidly running out.
Life, water, health and climate are things you cannot put a price on. For Maules Creek, it is up to Burke to pass sentence. In terms of the bigger picture, it's up to us.

Sinkholes are sinking all around the planet.

 Last week 37 year old Tampa man Geoffrey Bush lost his life as he lay sleeping in his bed and the earth gave way underneath him and he plunged 60 feet underground instantly.  His brother tried to save him to no avail.  Presently in the city of Pennsylvania there are 41 sink holes and some even have names now.
Last August in 2012 we were alerted to this behavior by the earth when an enormous 400ft deep Louisiana sinkhole swallows 100ft tall trees and raised concerns of explosions and radiation leaks
This is the official opinion, are these guys fracking kidding? 

 Officials said the first set of 15 samples from the area show that there are no detectable levels of naturally occurring radioactive material on the surface of the sinkhole and Hatch says they're confident residents aren't at risk for exposure.

Bananas : The Super Food

Banana's stimulate the immune system to produce various agents, including  the magical substance TNF. 

According to Japanese Scientific Research, full ripe banana with dark patches on yellow skin produces a substance called TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor) which has the ability to combat abnormal cells.

The more darker patches it has the higher will be its immunity enhancement quality; Hence, the riper the banana the better the anti-cancer quality. Yellow skin banana with dark spots on it is 8x more effective in enhancing the property of white blood cells than green skin version.

The reason potassium is singled-out among all the other things in the banana is because that 450 mg of potassium in a single banana is actually more than 10% (more precisely, around 13%) of the adult human body's minimum daily requirement of potassium. It's unusual (though not unheard of, of course) for a single serving of any fruit to provide quite so much of any one nutrient like that. Nutritionists, then, sometime refer to a banana as a "super fruit," because of its inordinate provision of so much of the minimum daily adult requirement of the single nutrient potassium.

Training for Activists

I  think it is important to at least have some idea about what your legal standing is when you begin to protest.  There are so many grey areas.  Presently, there are many workshops being run by facilitators who have done a University Degree in Activism.  A wonderful thing to stream into if you can.  If you cannot , then get yourself to a workshop. 

At Byron Bay there will be some upcoming workshops to do with all facets of activism so watch out for dates and costs.
Activist Legal Support is available at the Legal Service below and this information is from that service.  It is basic common sense for most parts.

There are three core aspects of Activist Legal Support: information, support and solidarity.
Legal information is best provided by lawyers or legal practitioners. Support is best provided by a well-organised legal support team. Other activists can only really provide solidarity. All three of these are crucial in good activist legal support.

1. It is vital that activists have access to accurate legal information about their rights and the consequences of their actions and activities. Providing clear and accurate legal information is best done by progressive lawyers but can be distributed by organisers or legal support teams.
2. This website hopes to support activists and also to provide resources for campaigners and legal support teams to help develop effective activist legal support.
3. Solidarity is looking after each other when facing the police or legal system. Legal solidarity describes a set of activist tactics to support and protect people when they are being held in police custody, in jail or facing court. Legal solidarity tactics have been used effectively for decades in the civil rights, peace, environmental and global justice movements in Australia.

Individual and collective tactics of non-cooperation can be used to protect targeted or vulnerable people in the campaign, meet demands and maintain the combined strength of activists after arrests occur.
It is important to work with activists and any lawyers involved to make sure your information is relevent, authentic and accurate. The strength of activist legal trainings is that we can tailor a training for a group's specific needs without having to create an entirely new workshop.

It is important that trainings be more than just quick listings of possible charges and likely fines. These can sometimes deter activists rather than empower them.
When it comes to disseminating skills which allow activists to be safe, more effective, and make informed decisions, role-plays are a highly effective training method.
Good activist legal training includes a series of brief role-plays, where trainers take the role of police officers and participants play the role of the activist.

The big wet sets in for a 3rd time in as many months

The rainfall in and around Bellingen averages 1517mm per year.

 The rain falls mainly in the summer and autumn in the form of showers and thunderstorms moving off the plateau to the west and south west. The heaviest rain however occurs when a low pressure area forms off the east coast or moves down from the north / northwest. This situation can bring periods of extremely heavy rain that can cause rapid flooding of the Bellinger Valley as water pours down the valleys from the mountains behind the town. Dorrigo, on the plateau behind Bellingen, holds the NSW record for the greatest fall in a 24 hour period - approximately 800mm.
As with most of Australia however Bellingen is a town of weather extremes and the difference between the maximum recorded in any month (up to 900mm+) and the lowest ever recorded for the same period (around 0mm for many months of the year) shows how variable the climate can be. In the wettest period daily rainfall has reached up to approx. 350mm - but at other times many weeks can pass without a drop being recorded.

 

Average Temperatures in Bellingen

The average temperature in Bellingen varies from approximately 30 degrees celcius in Summer to around 20 degrees in Winter. This is regarded by many as close to an ideal climate. Bellingen does suffer from some extremes however with several days each year registering over 40 degrees and several days of frost each each winter.  Summer days can get oppressive with the average dewpoint in January over 20 degrees celcius.

Dj Ajax has died in Melbourne overnight.

One of Australia’s most respected DJs, Sydney stalwart Ajax has died in Melbourne overnight. Ajax, real name Adrian Thomas, was one of the founding members of the Bang Gang crew that helped usher electro to a wider audience in Australia and worldwide.
Ajax founded Sweat It Out records – a label that included artists like Yolanda Be Cool and Oh Snap! On its roster – and took out the title of Australia’s #1 DJ in the inthemix awards in 2006 and 2007, ranking in the Top 5 every year from 2005-2009. Ajax was able to transition from DJ to promoter to record label and artist manager, using his entrepreneurial skills to develop a strong brand both in Australia and internationally.
The Sydney Morning Herald has reported that Thomas died when he was struck by a truck in the Melbourne suburb of Parkville overnight. “It’s believed the man ran in front of the north-bound truck on College Crescent shortly before 1am. He died at the scene,” a Victoria Police spokeswoman confirmed.
Chinese Laundry, where Ajax was a resident for 7 years, was one of the first to break the news on social media. Pioneering and well loved by audiences and the industry, the tributes to Adrian have been flowing in worldwide:
  He was a Radio show host for Sunsets (Bang Gang Show) on FBI Radio 94.5 and a founding member of Australian collective/production outfit/record label Bang Gang, who recently signed to Modular Recordings.
